Not the worst, but still 'meh'
Been to worse LR service centres but expect your car not to be done on time, responses slow [if at all] and interestingly some replacement items charged for that I do not wholly believe were actually done. Across the brand LR does not seem to get it right in terms of post sale CS, which when it is actually very easy to get right, just shows the customer is not a priority.

Range Rover had leaking windscreen due to faulty sealant, 3 week wait before car could go in, water entered and ruined the entertainment system under the seat, had to get windscreen replaced as weather had been awful, Autoglass replaced screen, Landrover walked away from their responsibility because i never used an approved windscreen repair company

Absolutely terrible customer service after failing to fix the original fault.
Had the car for a week at the start of February but failed to fix the fault and lied about testing it.
Advised them that it hadn't been fixed 2 weeks ago and have had no response from the service advisor since the initial acknowledgement despite chasing three times.
Had a call from their manager after making an official complaint, 4 days ago who promised he or the advisor would call me back urgently to sort the issue out - have heard nothing from either of them. Car dealers never give great service but this is without a doubt the worst service I have received. The head office have not been in touch since my official complaint either.

Appalling service - or simply, lack of
Looking to buy a new car. Not sure exactly what we want and so visited stratstone yesterday to get a feel for what was available in the hybrid range. A few other visitors being assisted. We waited patiently until we realised we were the only people left in the showroom. One assistant sat chatting to another in the cubicle with his feet up, drinking his coffee. Lady sat on reception. Not once were we approached to ask if we needed assistance. Upon leaving, chap had finished his coffee and came out and chatted to the receptionist. He was very polite and said ‘Thank you’ as we left!!!!
I’m not sure if the staff are aware, but no one pops into a Range Rover dealership to buy a two penny chew!!! Very much looking forward to having a test drive in one of your neighbours cars next week! 🤦♀️

I wasn’t even allowed a test drive
I called today to arrange a test drive on the weekend. I was told I couldn’t test drive two cars (a defender and a Range Rover sport) because I wasn’t going to buy both of them.
I explained that I had already driven both vehicles at a different dealership but wanted to test them both out again before choosing which one to buy. The salesman said that wouldn’t be possible.
I wanted to bring another JLR group into our search and am shocked that they pretty much turned me away. I guess it’s for the best and I’ll find an accommodating dealership. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to want to test drive a car before buying, especially when they can be up to £100k!

Failure to provide goods.
I purchased a vehicle in August 2025. The vehicle is great and the service provided pre purchase and upon purchase was fine. When purchased however, this was with a full set of rubber matts, including the boot matt. Unfortunately the boot matt was not in the vehicle upon collection and I have a written receipt provided by Stratstone (and signed by Wayne, the sales colleague) confirming that the boot matt will follow. Despite my receipt, in addition to numerous phone calls and assurances, the matt is still not with me some 5 months later. As Stratstone appear to respond to reviews upon the 'Trustpilot' site, I invite them to advise of whether their intentions are to continue to ignore my legitimate request, or to provide the goods which I have paid for. Kind regards to all.
