Stratstone Jaguar Land Rover Milton Keynes’ polished brand image crumbles the moment something goes wrong—which, in our case, it did repeatedly. Our vehicle, purchased from Stratstone Jaguar Land Rover Milton Keynes, developed a serious fault in the high-voltage system that left it completely undriveable—not once, but twice—stranding us and requiring roadside recovery. Despite initial assurances that the issue had been resolved with a software update, the same critical fault reoccurred just two months later, exposing the inadequacy of both the diagnostics and the so-called fix. Attempts to reject the vehicle under our consumer rights were met with obstruction, scripted responses, and ultimately a “final response” that shut down the complaint without resolution. No one at Stratstone was willing to consider returning or replacing the clearly defective vehicle. For a brand that claims to deliver innovation and luxury, the experience has been one of frustration, delay, and a complete lack of accountability.
We will not be using Stratstone Jaguar Land Rover Milton Keynes again—and we will be advising our friends, neighbours, and colleagues to look elsewhere. There are many other main dealers in the local area (BMW, Volvo, Volkswagen) offering significantly better customer service.

Stratstone failed to get parts delivered on days promised
why not get the parts in and then arrange with the customer fitment of said parts instead of booking a date and letting the customer down on numerous occasions

Suki is a brilliant example of what great service looks like. He always goes above and beyond, he even booked me a taxi to MK Centre while my car was being serviced. It’s the little things that make a big difference.
Shout-out as well to Gideon, who I hear is sadly leaving. He always remembered my name, which shows the personal care this team gives.
As a business owner myself, I know how vital good customer service is, it’s what builds loyalty and trust. Price matters when buying a car, but service like this is what makes you stay.

the service was carried out but none of the other work. I was told I would receive a follow up call to book in the uncompleted work and diagnostic on the deployable steps. I have still not received the follow up call.

The dealing with the service contact (Millie) was simple, straight-forward and efficient.
The main dis-appointment was the cost of the service which was 40% dearer than a local Jaguar approved service centre (not a small back-street garage).

The staff at the Milton Keynes branch have been excellent.
The staff at the Milton Keynes branch have been excellent. However, the Birmingham Erdington branch addressed the fault and subsequently directed me to the Milton Keynes branch, where I originally purchased the vehicle. At the time of purchase, I was informed that any branch would be able to handle issues covered under the warranty. Even the staff at the Milton Keynes branch were unsure why I had been referred back to them by the Birmingham branch.
