⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic experience from start to finish

We had a brilliant experience buying our car from Land Rover. Lauren was absolutely lovely – friendly, professional, open and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. The manager was equally supportive and approachable, which made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable with no pressure at all.

We came away with a wonderful car that we’re absolutely delighted with, and they even threw in a lovely gift, which was such a thoughtful finishing touch!

Excellent customer service, a really friendly team and a very positive buying experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you, Lauren and the team! 😊

I collected a brand-new Defender from Stratstone Land Rover and discovered damage to the vehicle at collection. What should have been an exciting experience buying a new vehicle has turned into six weeks of frustration.

I've purchased 11 Land Rovers over the last six years, so I've dealt with a number of Land Rover retailers and know the level of service I would normally expect. Unfortunately, this has been by far the worst experience I've had purchasing one.

The attitude from some members of staff has been arrogant and dismissive, and communication since collecting the vehicle has been extremely poor. I've had to continually chase for updates and have repeatedly been told the matter has been escalated or that somebody will contact me, only for nothing to happen.

Six weeks after collecting a brand-new vehicle with damage, I still have the damaged vehicle and the issue remains unresolved.

Mistakes and damage can happen, but it's how a company deals with them that matters. For a main Land Rover retailer selling vehicles of this value, the way this has been handled is simply not acceptable.

Based on my experience, I couldn't recommend Stratstone Land Rover.

Reply response : i contacted your customer complaint team earlier on after collecting the vehicle and im still currently awaiting someone to come back to me properly? all you advised was you would refer it back to the dealership which are the people who wernt coming back to us? The customer care team is very poor and doesnt even respond to emails and you cant speak to them. ive had to get LR customer service involved to try and get the issue resolved.

Jack Smiley was attentive in every aspect. Was a pleasure to see someone who enjoyed there job.

Very pleased generally just a minor communications issue with which I was disappointed although the issue was resolved by way of emails, however I really did want to speak directly with a customer service person

From the first conversation, to the booking and arrival, through to the management of the faults/parts and service required, Lydja and the team while I was in the dealership, have been nothing short of exceptional. This seemed to take for ever to rectify having to make 2 to 3 visits and being without my car over the weekend albeit I had a courtesy car from you.

I recently visited Stratstone JLR Approved Manufacturer Repair after purchasing my vehicle from another dealer. The team carried out the necessary repairs, a full diagnostics inspection, and assessed my vehicle for the JLR Beyond 3 Years Warranty.

I’m really pleased to say that everything was completed clearly and professionally, and my vehicle is now in great shape. The customer service was excellent throughout.

A special thank you to Ashleigh, my warranty/service customer advisor, who was extremely helpful, attentive and reassuring. She kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle, clearly explained what work was needed, and made the whole process much easier.

I also really appreciated the thoughtful touches she made to keep my little one occupied while we were waiting on one of the days. It was a lovely gesture and their day!

The care of your staff, the prompt service and the condition of the car when returned.

From calling the next day following an enquiry to then giving me option and sourcing a car was faultless. Lauren acted with knowledge and was professional. Very pleased with the first 5 weeks and 2000 miles of ownership. Cars d350 engine drives like a rolls Royce. Can see and enjoyable ownership

Customer service is always excellent here. Wouldnt take my car anywhere else, have been using this site for over 10 years
