Stratstone - BMW Doncaster Omdömen 

Hi Put a deposit on a used 225d at Stratstone Doncaster. Unfortunatley on the day I was due to view the car the keys went missing so I was unable to view the car. However the salesman Martin kept in touch so I did not set off and they offered to bring the car to my work place to view (90 mile round trip). I agreed to purchase the car and have been very pleased with the service provided and the preparation of the car was as good as I have ever received. On collection the wind deflector was missing and they agreed to order me a new one which arrived from Germany a week later. All in all I was very happy with how things went. Not all car sales run smoothly (missing keys) but it is how things are rectified that matters and how they make you feel. I certainly felt valued even though the car I was buying was one of the cheaper ones they would have had in stock. It was nice to deal with a company that when they said they would do something they did it. I would recommend Stratstone Doncaster and not hesitate to buy another car from them.

The team was very helpful and friendly, kept me up to date and helped me with any questions; they also provided me with an office to work in while I waited. I have visited them twice and couldn't be happier. I will definitely be using it as my main garage!

Martin and Jaime were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The car arrived sooner than expected and they made sure it was prepared efficiently

Great customer service at BMW stratstone Doncaster, the front desk team were very welcoming and guided me through the Dropbox for my car keys as this is new. On to the service team, they were great , they kept me informed all the way through with a video to show the detail at then end, my adviser Louisa was great too, clear with communication and just a pleasure to deal with.

Very efficient, helpful staff from booking in to collection. Communication was excellent throughout the process, my car was in for an airbag recall. Was offered a drink while I waited for my lift, the showroom/waiting area was excellent & my car was handed back to me washed & vacuumed. Great service all round.

I actually did not buy a car but i was about to. Acar that i have been watching nearly 10 days, i finally made a move to go in to my local Stratstone unannounced and enquired about the vehicle to buy. The sales person who dealt with me was really good and professional ( Miles from Leeds ). Unfortunately he had a handover so could not get far so i left to hear from him to go back following day and possibly to buy the car. When i went back on my computer, the price has risen by £5k over a night ! I have rung the Leeds dealer and spoke to Miles and although he had no idea why it went up £5k he said he would get me answers later on !
I know it is a free market and all that but increase of 5k to me just ridiculous !

Terrible experience with Stratstone Doncaster. I was refused a refund of my £500 deposit after cancelling a viewing for a BMW 1 Series due to the dealership’s failure to provide a requested video of the car before my journey from London. Despite repeated follow-ups, no video was sent, leaving me no choice but to cancel.

No terms or conditions were provided stating the deposit was non-refundable, which breaches UK consumer laws like the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Staff communication from the salesman that dealt with me was unprofessional and dismissive.

Extremely disappointed and prepared to escalate if my refund is not issued.

Absolutely awful experience. They took my money and provided NOTHING in return. Customer service is non-existent, and they refuse to resolve issues. I strongly recommend staying far away from this company. Total scammers!

EGR cooler replacement. Great service. Kept me informed throughout and finished quicker than expected. . Allowed me to wait and work. Car came back clean...washed and vacuumed.
