Booked in for a service. Met with both Louisa and Olivia. Both were very professional efficient. The process was carried out as expected with no issues from a customer perspective.

The service i received from Luisa was faultless, kept me updated every step of the way, just a shame the car has let me down 3 times in 8 months!

The service i received was amazing from start to finish. I was called regularly with updates on my vehicles progress through the workshop and the repairs needed.

Olivia from the service department was great to deal with and made the whole process really easy and had great communication skills and definitely a credit to BMW Doncaster.

From the moment you walk in and leave you are provided with the utmost customer service. I enjoy visiting BMW for all my vehicle needs for the following reason:

a) All ladies namely, Natalie, Luisa, Stacey and Olivia at the reception/customer care and welcome you by greeting you, with a beautiful smile and are extremely polite and friendly.

b) customer care is always provided with no job to big. I only came in for my MOT. The pre MOT assessment identified that I need to replace three tyres. I was offered a courtesy car as they only had two tyres in stock. As always BMW went over and beyond to keep my needs in mind and offered the best advice and solution. I didn’t realise I would be offered with a courtesy vehicle for one day.

c) hot and cold drinks were offered, whenever they walked by and if and when required whilst I waited for my pre MOT assessment to be carried out.

d) price was discussed for the replacement tyres and a discount was also provided which was so sweet of Jemma. Thank you Jemma for taking care of me. I appreciate it a lot.

e) you know your in the best care and will be provided with genuine parts etc by BMW. The advice provided by Jemma was great.

f) car wash and clean was offered as standard and this is a perk I love a lot. You know the products used for washing will be genuine and not as harmful to your vehicle.

We were made so welcome, and Tom was a delight, from start to finish. So helpful, and informative, which made the buying experience smooth and enjoyable. We love our new car, and will certainly recommend BMW at Doncaster to family and friends. Thank you Tom . 😊

My booking had unfortunately been mixed up and scheduled for Leeds when I needed Doncaster. I rang the Doncaster branch to double-check, and they confirmed I wasn’t booked in. I’d planned my whole day around this, but Olivia was incredibly helpful — she told me to bring my car in anyway and assured me she’d get everything sorted, which she absolutely did 😊 I’ll definitely be returning and will continue to have my car serviced here.

recently received a recall notice for my BMW X3 requiring the replacement of the starter motor. I booked the vehicle into Strathstones of Doncaster, and I am very pleased to share that the service provided was exceptional.

The recall work was completed promptly and free of charge, and my vehicle was returned in perfect working order. Throughout the process, the team demonstrated outstanding professionalism, keeping me well informed and making the experience completely stress-free.

The moment you walk through the door there is someone waiting to help. Everyone from Reception to Service Personnel are geared to customer attention. That makes a big difference, I don’t have to wait for them, they are ready and waiting for me.
There’s always an air of calm assurance from both the Reception and Service department ladies that the car is in the very best hands and it’s their smiles and even small talk which creates an atmosphere of wellbeing for me and my car.

Friendly and very helpful staff. The job was completed on time and the technician explained what was done and even helped out on a minor problem that I’d forgotten about before I’d left my car, much to my satisfaction.

Excellent buying experience yet again. This is the 3rd new car we have purchased from Stratstone BMW in Donny. Arjuin Singh from start to finish did an outstanding job, through to the big reveal at handover! The car is awesome, however I am so glad I went for leather interior instead of the vegan leather they call sensifin. Overall though I am very happy to recommend to friends and family.
