Stratstone - Audi Manchester Omdömen 

Excellent customer service. I travelled from Bolton to Manchester after a disappointing experience at another Audi, and I’m very glad I did. What they didn't know is I am a Range Rover customer for 10years first time Audi owner and first time walking into your showrooms.
From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome and treated with genuine professionalism and respect. My issue was resolved quickly and efficiently on the same day, which I truly appreciated.
A special thank you to Muhammed for delivering outstanding service he was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The rest of the team were equally friendly and welcoming.
I’ll definitely be returning for future services and upgrades despite the distance I rather be treated equally and respectfully.

Cancelled my order less than 24 hours after the purchase as I decided I didn’t want to do PCP. Still wanted a car just through another payment option. The salesman was very rude on the phone telling me “it’s not that easy” when I asked to cancelled, although I was well within my rights and the 14 day cancellation window. 4 weeks after the cancellation and confirmation email I am yet to receive my deposit back. I’ve called the garage on numerous occasions for the sales manager to be always busy and still no deposit back into my account. A thousand pounds is a lot of money to anyone but to this crowd it’s not worthy of attention it would seem
I wouldn’t recommend this garage to anyone , totally untrustworthy.

Although being a dealership and prices may appear a little high the customer care, the assistance and preciseness of knowing what is wrong with your vehicle makes you understand why the prices are like they are it is well worth it to have your vehicle serviced or repaired at this dealership

4 and half hour wait for a service. Upon completion asked for all printout of all the problems assured me it was on its way 24 hours had past still no email had to phone up told its being sent. Finally got a email which was an invoice which is not what I requested. Got a courtesy call a few hours later and the manager told me it had been deleted and I had to go in a few days later to have it looked at again. Frustrated to say the least. Very unprofessional

The new car had faults from day one. Although these have since been fixed, it took over a month, and was after I was told that the car had gone through a full inspection (which took over a week, despite me being told that the car would be available to pick up the day after I signed the agreement).

When I received the car it was not of the specificaiton sold to me e.g. missing head-up display, entertainment system, lighting etc.

I was put under a lot of pressure by the sales team to sign the contract prior to the month-end. They never provided the specification sheet to me. When I queried it, they seemed to want to pass the buck between themselves as to who was responsible for this.

I was told by the sales manager that he would take steps to resolve my issues, but I have heard nothing from him since. I have asked for the complaints procedure twice and this has still not been provided to me.

What a wonderful experience we had at Manchester Audi and in particular with the service provided by Ben Tye. Ben made the whole experience of buying a car for my daughter a real pleasure and she got exactly what she wanted. Thank you .

My experience with Manchester Audi was disappointing.

Communication was a consistent issue throughout. Multiple call-back requests went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly chase for updates. On one occasion I attended a booked appointment only to be told the required part had not arrived, without any prior notice.

There was also confusion around whether the vehicle should have been classified as VOR (Vehicle Off Road), with conflicting information provided about whether it was safe to continue driving. This created unnecessary uncertainty and undermined confidence in the advice being given.

While the vehicle issue was ultimately resolved (over three months from making the appointment to resolution), the overall handling and communication fell well below the standard I would expect from a premium brand.

I booked my car into Stratstone Audi in early January for infotainment/SOS issues. The experience has been appalling from start to finish.
They had my car for several hours, provided no proactive updates, and I had to chase them myself near the end of the day. Despite explaining in advance that I needed the car back by a specific time, there was no courtesy car arranged, no proper communication, and no effort made to manage my expectations. Had I not phoned, my car would likely have been left there overnight without my consent.
I was promised a follow-up call the next day to discuss next steps. That call never happened. I have since contacted Stratstone multiple times and still have no meaningful update.
The Audi All-in Plan is, in my experience, completely misrepresented. The marketing talks about software updates, firmware support, peace of mind, and keeping the car in good condition. In reality, I’ve received vague explanations, no clear diagnostics, and no support in establishing what is or isn’t covered.
The 30-day no-claim period combined with a 14-day cancellation window creates a lose-lose situation where you can’t even properly assess whether issues are covered before it’s too late. That is not made clear at the point of sale.
I’m now paying for a plan that offers no value, and I will not be using Stratstone for MOTs, servicing, or future work. I am cancelling the All-in Plan and will be seeking a full refund.
Overall, this has been a frustrating, time-wasting, and deeply disappointing experience. I have been trying to get a things sorted since November and now we are at the end of January.

Based on this, I would not recommend Stratstone Audi or Audi in general.

I purchased my Audi Q2 , and I can only praise the service I received from Ben Tye, he looked after me from beginning to the end of my purchase, keeping me updated throughout, & also had a good sense of humour which was lovely... ask for Ben if you visit 😁

Good service by Natalie who took my car for MOT and kept me updated. Good service from service team who conducted my MOT, sent me a video of the car and what they checked.

Service should’ve been done before MOT.
This was I would’ve avoided the minors on my MOT.
This is what I hear from other service dealers and even Audi said this to me previous years but strangely they didn’t follow this process.

Otherwise everything was fine, on time and the car was spotlessly clean.
