Our property manager Anita Datta has been excellent, providing a friendly and responsive customer service throughout our tenancy. Any issues have been dealt with quickly and efficiently and we couldn’t ask for a better service. Thanks Anita!

Overall really enjoyed our experience with the Stow brothers from start to finish.

We had Ellie Smith as our property manager and from the start she was very prompt and proactive in assisting us with any issues we had. The beginning of our tenancy was smooth and well communicated, during our tenancy raising issues was easy and they were addressed very quickly. At the end of our tenancy Ellie helped to facilitate an early end to our lease with our landlord (moving due to professional reasons) and she helped make the process of ending our tenancy equally smooth.
We are sad to be leaving the stow brothers as our estate agents and will miss having Ellie look after us.

Ellie is an excellent property manager. Very clear communication and always so quick to respond to my queries regarding the house. I would definitely recommend her!

She is always, professional, polite and does everything possible to help if there are ever any problems. Always at the end of an email or phone call should I need to get in touch with her. In my experience, Stow Brothers always work hard to fix issues, even if contractors can sometimes be a little slow. (But the contractors are still loads better than I have experienced in London, before now.) Our property manager, Anita Dodd, is excellent. She is always ready to listen, and is very proactive in communicating with us/organising around our schedule. Thanks again!
