Complete hands off property management
Luke Fowler who manages my property is super helful, completely hands off property management. Just recently had tenancy change and I did not have to lift a finger, everything from checkout, checkin, paper work was all handled by Luke and tenant finding and placement was super quick. Will definitely recommend Aspire and Luke for anyone looking for fully managed property lettings

After a very difficult period with one of my investment properties—vacant for over 14 months despite £12,000 spent on refurbishment—I was understandably frustrated.
Following senior management intervention, James Walker acted decisively and appointed Luke Fowler as portfolio manager. Within two months, the turnaround has been impressive.
Luke brought urgency, professionalism, and clear communication, and most importantly, secured a tenant in a timeframe that had previously proved elusive.

Challenging Tenancy
I have worked with Gabriela at Aspire on a tenancy that has involved rent arrears and a rent and legal claim. The situation has been complex, and while communication has improved as the case progressed, there were periods where updates were limited and required follow-up.
That said, Gabriela has been helpful in progressing the matter with the Rent & Legal team, and the claim is now moving forward with the insurer.

absolute splendid work from Luke, due to high winds a tree fell straight onto my prestigious gnome collection in my garden, called Luke in desperation, super glue in hand, he was running olympic speeds to my house ready to fix my gnome collection, he came skidding through my front door and superglued the tree straight back to its roots with one arm, with the other, effortlessly superglued my gnome collection back together, 10/10 would recommend this gem of a man
