Tim is an exceptional estate agent who really goes the extra mile. We had Tim sell our house and from our first meeting he was thorough, honest, generous with his time and even carried out additional data-driven research for us as a goodwill gesture.

We had a deadline to complete on due to buying our new house through the modern method of auction, and throughout the process Tim was fantastically reliable at chasing all involved in the chain. Tim also got our house on the market very quickly, and despite personal circumstances, he continued to carry out viewings, getting us our first offer within less than a week of our house hitting the market.
