Order some shirts and the neck was a little to tight. Called customer service and was given simple instructions for return, no questions. I liked the quality of the shirts though and order the next size up. Only thing better would be free shipping on returns.

Had an item shipped to me at a hote on the road. Messed up the address. Emailed, and before I could even call at exactly 9am the bext morning I had an email saying the address was fixed. Two day shipping arrived overnight and the product was as billed. Great experience!

Super fast and free shipping. I purchased a luggageworks carry-on bag and had some questions so I called and spoke with a very knowledgeable individual. He provided the necessary insight that I was not able to find online. As a result, I purchased my bag from them. 2 days later it was at my house. Great bag & great store.

Perfect!!
Went all over Orlando looking for good replacement wheels for my roller bag with no luck. The set I purchased from stop over store fit perfectly and are a HUGE upgrade from the originals. Wish I'd replaced the wheels when the bag was new rather than waiting
