I order a replacement luggage piece online from the Stop-Over Store! HOLY SMOKES; the bag was on my door the next day. Granted, I live a 90 minute drive from MSP, but none the less, this is order processing at its' finest hour. The reason I order all my piloting gear from the SOS is that they have yet to let me down in any way. Whenever I stop there: excellent service! Keep up the great work!

The replacement wheels fit without a problem to my TravelPro Ozone duffel bag. The quality was much better than the original.

My old TravelPro wheels went out of round. I found the Stop-Over Store website online at the airport. I was able to easily find and order new wheels while waiting for my next flight. The new wheels came very promply, fit perfectly, and were easy to install. Unlike the OEM wheels, the new wheels have ball bearings. I expect them to run more smoothly and last longer than the original parts.

My almost 7yr old Travel Pro suitcase needed new wheels. It was horrible to pull through airports, even causing shoulder pain. Wheels had been replaced once, requiring me to drop off the suitcase, get a loaner, then return for mine. Well! A fellow flight attendant suggested the Stop-Over Store. Said it's such an easy fix. I went online, found the size I needed, had them delivered before my next trip. Popped the old ones off, slipped the new ones on and HURRAY! My old suitcase glides like it's brand new! The Stop-Over store was the best fix ever-- I'll be back and will tell all my friends about their great service! Thank you!

I called before I ordered to make sure everything was in stock and talked to a very helpful lady (she was able to tell me everything about luggage dimensions, shipping time etc.). My order was delivered in 2 days (free postage, as it was above the $150 limit), so I'm very happy with the experience. The flight crew grade Travelpro they sell is way better than their commercial line available (at a higher price) at regular luggage and department stores.

My parcel it is stuck in customs for more than a week, I received a notification to show the payment and the shop ticket, like it was the first time it happends to me since I am buying out of Europe, I asked why and I was told that the parcel didn't have on the outside the ticket. In other hand I sent an email to the shop and I didn't received an answer.

Bought a travelpro rollaboard which was delivered quickly. Very good quality product. Ordered another for my wife.
