I purchased a Travelpro from Stopover Store. Unfortunaty, I ordered the wrong size. A call to the store had me speaking with a real person on the second ring. I received help on setting up the return and purchase of the correct bag without hesitation. The return was processed promptly and the refund was immediate. The service and products, along with great pricing is the reason I am a repeat customer. Thank you.

It was a great experience. I ordered a piece of luggage on a Friday night. By Sunday there was still no tracking information so I sent an email to the stop over store. I got a call and a voice message explains politely that the piece would ship Monday and a tracking number would be generated. I loved the personal response. I'll shop here again. The luggage arrived quickly. It was what I ordered and in good shape.

The web site is easy to maneuver and purchasing a FlightCrew4 bag was easy. The bag arrived when it was suppose to. So far, nothing out of the expected behavior of an e-commerce site.

He responded quickly and had no problem with me returning the bag and sending out the new bag. Greg made sure the whole process went smoothly and he was courteous the entire step of the way.

I bought a pair of wheels to replace the wheels on my TravelPro rolling suitcase. The parts arrived within a week of ordering, were easy to install and work better than the originals. They are quiet, spin freely, are better made and are more cushioning than the original plastic wheels. Overall, a good shopping experience and excellent product.
