Replacement Travelpro wheels
I am very satisfied with my new luggage wheels. In about 10 minutes with just a Phillips screwdriver I had the old wheels replaced and the new ones work great.

Misleading address
My package should arrive today , three days late.
My airline name was printed on the address and UPS delivered it to the airport.
Stop over store asks your airline name on its form leading to the misleading (for UPS) label.
The overall internet experience was fine, and the items shipped quickly.

Great Experience.
Just bought a luggage works stealth air roller bag, got free shipping, and it showed up super fast. Got the gold seal put on the inside so I can bring it in for service at any location. Great company with good products and service.

"Wrong One"
This is the third "Wrong One" bag tag I've ordered. The first two were Yellow and we so attractive they were stolen. One was taken in the corridor of a cruise ship and the most recent one between check-in at Turkish Airlines in Istanbul and bag delivery at SFO. I can only hope that this new Red one will survive my next trip.
The quality is great and delivery is always fast. Now to just keep it attached to my bag. Curiously, I've never lost one of the "Remove Before Flight" tags.

Beware! (FILED DISPUTE WITH CREDIT CARD COMPANY)
Ordered and paid for 4 shirts. After one week, received 1 shirt with a note that the rest of my order will arrive sometime at the end of the month. Guess I will wait till sometime the end of the month for the majority of my order??? Update!!! it has been over 1 month since this store charged my credit card! No shirts, no emails answered ! FILED DISPUTE WITH CC COMPANY!!!!! Only after I gave this poor rating did anyone at the company call. After 1 month they say we no longer have that product?
