I’ve had good initial advice in the past but, i certainly wouldn’t have said it was no win no fee because i was advised of a 500 pounds upfront fee , so my evidence would be looked at first , in order to even tell me if I had a case.

So, I couldn’t go ahead.
I’m Autistic and I k ow I would have won my case but I couldn’t manage the paperwork print details as the employment judge required.

Now, I may need help again for various harassments at work
