I have recently used Stephenson's on an employment matter. I wish I’d read these reviews before using this poor excuse for a law firm.
It seems to be a safe house for underperforming law graduates. I had to explain basic legal processes to them as well as other solicitors and regulators and they still insisted they were correct (they weren’t)

I still can’t get my head around them making such basic errors and showing no accountability or self awareness of that fact. They lack professionalism and client care.

They discriminate against disabled people in the most disgusting ways failing to make reasonable adjustments to communication as other reviewers have mentioned. Expect to be met with belligerence, antagonism and retaliation if you dare stand up to their hostility towards disabilities

Caused irreversible damage to my case because of their embarrassing mistakes and took no responsibility for the complaint either. When I tried to resolve it their staff showed frustration with my limitations because of my disabilities and senior staff and their complaints team ignored urgent complaints

Their discrimination team is clearly a refuge for ‘lawyers’ who can’t find employment with a reputable firm. The discrimination team really should close itself down as it is filled with narcissistic Nurse Ratched types who also lack the intellect of a goose
