Ordered 2 items from this store on 8/11/25, didn’t receive the parcel. Emailed them on 29/12/25, they sent a link to track the parcel which said it was delivered (it hadn’t been). Seemed sketchy as the bank transaction converted from USD after showing as GDP on the website and the address was in Hong Kong. Fortunately I resolved it with my bank and my bank refunded me but steer clear from this place!

Would be 0 if I could ordered my daughter 2 swimming costumes for xmas 1 is way too small went to do a return its out the 28 days so no refund customer service is disgraceful, even if it was in the time frame they want £4.99 to return it .what a joke of a company do not use go to a reputable company with proper returns

Complete scammers. Was so gutted as I thought sports direct created a new outlet site. That is my fault. Supplied fake tracking details and when I queried it would refuse to send anything except nonsense copy pasted emails. Hope people see this review and save themselves time and money. Grateful to Monzo Bank for getting me the refund as when I asked directly there was always an excuse.

My recent experience with Sports Direct has been extremely disappointing and misleading and effects all customers.
I ordered several pairs of shorts online for my son, expecting a quick summer delivery. Unlike most online retailers, Sports Direct does not show delivery dates until AFTER you have paid.

Only once payment is processed do you find out when your items will arrive — which, in my case, was two weeks later, far too late for when they were needed.
I had chosen click and collect, assuming it would be faster. When I arrived at the store, I had to fill in a long, complicated form at the counter so as to return them as I had to re order from another retailer due to no delivery date being provided.
I’m disabled and rely on a wheelchair; this process was painful and exhausting. Then, to make things worse, the parcel arrived without a return label, forcing me to go back home, print my own label, go to the post office and pay again to return the items/postage.

Although Sports Direct refunded the original delivery charge after I complained, they refused to refund the return postage fee. That means I was charged twice for their slow and unclear service.

To make matters worse, Sports Direct does not refund your money when you return an item — they issue a store voucher instead, so you are forced to shop with them again. This is completely unfair to customers and particularly hard for those who are disabled or on low incomes.
Overall, the entire process was inaccessible, slow, and misleading. Sports Direct should clearly show delivery times before checkout, offer proper refunds (not vouchers), and provide free return labels like most major retailers. I also had to write several emails to obtain the initial delivery fee – not acceptable.
I will think twice before ever shopping with Sports Direct again.

Scam website that was advertised on Snapchat. Takes your money and doesn't send you anything. Not even a confirmation email receipt. Stay well clear.

I have hoped for a fair review of my complaint about being sent shoes with a hole in them. Instead I have been written another note of rejection. I can assume that Sports Direct think this is honest practice and that customers with integrity are unimportant. I'm hoping that by an independent review will demonstrate that not all companies would treat their customers in this way. It goes without saying that I do not recommend Sports Direct online.
