I bought school shoes for my daughter online I havent received it and no customer service to talk to even a phone no. No communication I received part of the order early but only the shoes why. Schools has since opened.

I bought 4 t shirts and two were labelled wrong, I refused to accept this and as I only noticed after cashier had put them trough till . I questioned this and was told I had got it wrong, I went and got the price and the manager refused to give me a refund , saying notice only applied to half the rail! She was very rude and I will never shop there again .

Received used Nike shoes worth £115 with damaged box and visible marks on shoes. Order no APPSD50002001667551.

Return is still pending, delivery fees is not returned and refund is after inspection. Raised the issue with photos within minutes of delivery.

Apparently, they resale used shoes as new ones or returned ones as new with inspection and quality checks

Disappointing customer service. Being served at the till they don’t say hello just carry on talking to their colleague about non work related stuff. Not a great image.
I purchased some Nike sliders in the wrong size as the label says 7 but it turns out it’s a UK 6 so too small. Returned them to store the next day to be told I can only get a credit note? They didn’t have my size so I’ll have to order them online and pay £4.99 delivery. Took the credit note as they wouldn’t back down but I don’t think that’s a fair way to do business and won’t be buying from

After trying more than six times to order trainers using my phone and then using my wife’s phone, the payment was constantly declined, even though my details were correct….after reading more reviews, it seems like this company has been taken over by criminals….do not trust them!!!!

Do not buy anything online from sport direct, they employ criminals as delivery drivers who steal customers items / goods and put it down to lost in transit.

You pay additional for delivery and tracking, the tracking doesnt work, they don't keep you updated if they are running late or stolen your items, You literally have to call after waiting for days past the expected delivery date.

Do not buy anything from sport direct unless you wish to go in-store to collect. They only use the world known criminal delivery company Evri. Stay clear!

Absolutely shocking the last two online orders was never received can t get refund do not order online if you really need it go in store temu are more reliable

Check your bank accounts if you order online they take full payment send part an order and don't refund you for anything you didn't receive.Not getting another penny off me.

LAst time using Sports direct with their crook like return policy that doesnt state on the recipt clearly and no staff memebers bring to your attention, he was the downfall of JJB Mike Ashley and i will never be spending another penny with any of his companies

Why do they advertise opening hours and then not allow access all shop areas? I went to their Thurmaston branch at 7.45pm this evening … was shouted at for going upstairs as wished to buy a pair of running shoes for Park Run tomorrow having realised at 6pm that the sole had split on my current pair. I questioned why no access and a rather rude member of staff told me that the store was closing at 8pm. I politely advised him that it was 7.45pm and could I not just pick up some ladies running shoes as I knew what I wanted - I was told “no” and that if I wanted running shoes I could “run in some of these downstairs ones - but they aren’t really running shoes” . I don’t expect a response - I’m sure SD probably don’t really care but sharing feedback as not exactly great customer service. Off to my local independent tomorrow. As an aside after posting this on their Instagram account I was contacted by fake bots posting as customer service trying to get my address, phone number and bank details for compensation. Have reported to Instagram. Shocking all round!

This is the second time in two weeks I have entered Sports Direct Kidderminster to buy trainers and sports clothes for my daughter. On both occasions we have left the building due to an absolute lack of staff taking any interest in selling anything. If I was the CEO of Sports Direct UK I would be absolutely livid with its Kidderminster branch.
I was fobbed off today (6 Jun 26), not by one but two staff members, today and so I simply went to a competitor, walked in, was approached by keen staff, paid a little bit more but was dealt with in minutes few having spent £100.
The amount of lost sales at Sports Direct Kidderminster must be huge.
I did buy some "off the shelf" items and the counter staff, a young lady, was absolutely wonderful. Those on the floorplate were beyond woeful. I wanted to buy more stuff but couldn't and for no other reason than the disinterest of the staff. No matter what role an individual has in the shop their first duty is to sell. To be fobbed off by one staff member is wrong but to be fobbed off by two staff members is simply unbelievable (6 Jun 26). Beyond shocking. I would rather pay more elsewhere than be treated like an inconvenience in Sports Direct again. The shop wasn't busy either!

I was looking for some shoes to buy, and then I found a pair of shoes I wanted then the staff yelled and slurred at me then kicked me out because I was wearing gym shorts and he didn't like it (I just finished after the gym)

The staff were rude, no name badge on, no smile on their faces. To be honest, it looked like they didn't even want to be working.
Very poor quality of communication. Very upset. Will not be returning to that store.

I bought an adidas pair of shoes (Terex)
adidas Terrex Eastrail R.RDY Waterproof Mens Walking for £60. It cost £100 with addidas.
When I received it. I found out that it was already used. Withing the same hour, I returned it. However, sport direct refused to accept it claiming that was was worn. They said that they reposted it but not yet decided as Rome of this review.
What can I do.

Absolutely appalling experience. I bought a pair of shoes for £60, but when they arrived and didn't fit, I followed the process to return them. Despite the company receiving the shoes back, they are now flat-out refusing to refund my money.
I am now out £60 and have no shoes to show for it. Their customer service is non-existent and unhelpful. This site is extremely suspicious—do not trust them with your money. I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering.

Same for me I ordered uggs boats x3 at £19 each unable to claim back money due to payment via Klarna and I did not get any email or confirmation of order just payment taken! Total scam!!!!
