Terribile
Pessimi, non acquistate da loro, soprattutto articoli in saldo. I prezzi sono bassi, così come la qualità di quello che ti vendono. Ho acquistato online un paio di scarpe dall’estero le scarpe mi sono arrivate con difetti sulla suola e con la vernice rovinata sul tallone, parliamo di un acquisto in saldo, ma pur sempre costoso.
Il servizio clienti non risponde, il reso sarebbe totalmente a carico mio.
Mai piu e procederò per vie legali.

Il nostro servizio clienti ha risposto con tempestività a tutti i suoi messaggi, come risulta chiaramente dalla conversazione intercorsa tramite WhatsApp. Affermare che non abbiamo mai risposto non corrisponde ai fatti.
Inoltre, le abbiamo comunicato più volte che, qualora non fosse soddisfatta delle condizioni del prodotto ricevuto, avremmo organizzato il ritiro a nostre spese e il reso sarebbe stato interamente a nostro carico. Anche questo è documentato nella stessa conversazione.
Siamo sempre disponibili a trovare una soluzione quando un cliente riscontra un problema, ma riteniamo importante che le recensioni riportino i fatti in modo corretto e completo.
La nostra disponibilità al reso resta invariata, come già comunicato nei nostri precedenti messaggi.
