Great company
Moved into my house with absolutely no furniture. Got sofa in credit with this company. And from start to finish they were sooo incredibly helpful. They delivered the sofa within 2 days of ordering. And was in excellent condition. Yvette from customer services is so lovely to deal with. Highly recommend

Not so good this time
Had a great experience last time round, but no so much this time.
Applied for another loan and was accepted and told to download their snap wallet app as its a card now.
Downloaded the app, but try and register is a nightmare, asks you to enter your email so they can send you a code, when the code eventually arrives about 20 mins later the app has timed out and says incorrect code entered.
Emailed their support but still not heard back with a solution
