Not so good this time
Had a great experience last time round, but no so much this time.
Applied for another loan and was accepted and told to download their snap wallet app as its a card now.
Downloaded the app, but try and register is a nightmare, asks you to enter your email so they can send you a code, when the code eventually arrives about 20 mins later the app has timed out and says incorrect code entered.
Emailed their support but still not heard back with a solution

Fantastic lady called yvette who gave me complete peace of mind
The fact yvette was a woman after my own heart ❤️
As I was from a customer service background she handled the call as i would of, being completely through and explaining all avenues with empathy and sympathy.
My situation was very complex and she was very patient with me.
Also basically the simple fact she was human and not robitic.
She is a credit to yr team.

SnapFinance are the best
Yvette was really helpful, kind and non-judgmental of my situation. She offered amazing advise and I came off the phone feeling relaxed about the situation.
SnapFinance as a whole is an amazing company they have been understanding of my changing financial situation and helped me set up a plan that was affordable to me and helped me clear off my outstanding debt.
