Today we spoke to Antonia on reception. She was very helpful with all the questions we had and believe me we had a ton of those. Very friendly, professional and informative and had full knowledge of all the questions we had to ask. Thanks Antonia for all your help 😀

I was absolutely petrified of going the dentist , I hadn’t been for over ten years . Dr Dix and dental nurse were so nice and reassuring . I had a filling removed and replaced and a deep clean . Was nowhere near as bad as I expected . The injection wasn’t like years ago , I didn’t feel it . Thankyou so much Smile .

Just had my final my final brace appointment with Eduardo and Nicola. Next appointment is to have my brace removed, I cannot wait for the final results. Eduardo has been an absolute angel looking after me these last 12 months. 5 gold stars from me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. All the staff are so lovely and can’t do enough for you x

I was really disappointed with the service we received, and after waiting more than 30 days for someone to come back to me after the first consultation to then tell me I had to wait another 5 weeks for a second consultation, I went to the brace place who provided a much better service.
The final joke was being told I had to pay £110 admin fee for my records to be emailed across.
Don’t waste your time or money and go to the brace place instead.

Couldn't get through for ages , excuse 'we're too busy! I thought when you're too busy thats when you hire more staff to ensure you supply a good service. The prices online for the price you're paying I would expect a human to answer the phone and not an answering machine asking to leave name and number. First impressions not good as when I did speak to someone just abrupt and rude. Couldnt get an appointment for 4 weeks ! I suffer anxiety can't wait that long worrying, I need a tooth repair ASAP. The lady said pay for an emergency appointment but they can't guarantee they can fix it! She seemed rather irritated with me because I was asking questions , only because I have anxiety ! I suggest if you worry or an anxious person this is not the company

Update: I got a call back from a manager at Smileworks who explained to me that some of the dentists were unavailable due to COVID. They were also able to offer me an appointment due to a cancellation. Thanks, Smileworks, you've regained my confidence :)

From my experience, when you can get the appointment, there are no issues. They provide a good service.
My problem with Smileworks, however, is that they don't seem to provide any emergency services. When I needed them the most, their earliest emergency appointment was over 2 weeks away. There seems to be a misunderstanding of what an emergency means to them. Even though they advertise on their website otherwise.
After this encounter, I found them to be extremely unreliable. I do find it shameful as this has let down an otherwise decent dental practice.

Another great skincare treatment with Hannah. My skin has never looked so good (the knowledge, advice, product recommendations have been amazing for me). Can’t recommend Hannah enough she makes you feel so comfortable and at ease which is so important for me. The whole experience is great from start to finish with the whole team at Smileworks.

Clare was super friendly & very professional, and the treatment I received was best and painless. Will visit again!

My braces journey lasted for 14 months, in that time Eduardo and the team fully supported my journey. Eduardo excels in his job and made me feel at ease every time saw him. He also performed a tooth extraction which was also went well. I also spent time with Rebecca who took my braces off and performed an excellent clean on my teeth before a big reveal! I cant recommend Smileworks enough. Excellent 5 start service from start to finish. :)

Can’t thank the staff at Smileworks enough, whole process was quick and easy. A special mention to Tom & Lacey who have gave me a huge confident boost with my new smile, I couldn’t be happier. Always a 10/10 experience on every visit, made me feel at ease through the whole process. Thank you!

Amazing experience! Hannah is the best. I had powder brows done and it was completely painless and the results are even better than what I could have hoped for. Hannah took her time finding the best shape and perfecting it. I had an awful past experience somewhere else with microblading so this was completely unexpected! Highly recommend.

Clare was informative, friendly & very professional, and the treatment I received was quick yet careful & pretty much painless.

Recently visited this week for extraction of wisdom tooth and braces fitted with Edwardo & Nikola. Can’t fault them in anyway whatsoever. Kind, considerate, professional and most importantly patient. I was extremely nervous prior to this treatment as I’m not a big fan of the dentist and was made to feel at ease on a number of occasions throughout this process. Edwardo & Nikola are a great team together and have been nothing but welcoming since I first visited them for my consultation. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their teeth.

Thanks to Eduardo and Ashley for yesterday when I had teeth extractions and braces fitted. They're both very professional and friendly and put me at ease throughout the whole process.

Had my lip blushing done by Hannah, she took great care in selecting the right colour and perfect accuracy with the shape! Very skilled and dedicated and I am so happy with the result

I have been with Smileworks since November 2020 and during this time I was pleasantly supported by Edwardo and Nikola. I started my Smileworks journey with unstraight teeth and have finished my journey with lovely, straight white teeth thanks to Edwardo & team. I am now more confident to smile 😀.

The practice was always clean, well presented, and every visit Edwardo was always well prepared for our appointments. The receptionists were always smiling and always made me feel very welcome.
