We work with a panel of 28+ UK energy suppliers and help businesses of all sizes review their options when renewing an existing contract, moving into new premises or looking for a more competitive energy agreement. We are an energy consultancy and broker, not an energy supplier. Our services go beyond simply obtaining prices. We provide business energy procurement and renewal advice, Change of Tenancy support, supplier and billing dispute assistance, multi-site energy management, water procurement, Half-Hourly meter and kVA reviews, Change of Measurement Class assessments, and support with metering and connections. We also monitor UK wholesale gas and electricity markets and publish regular market reports to help clients understand when market conditions may make it appropriate to secure their next contract. Smart Energy Company operates independently, with access to a broad supplier panel rather than representing a single energy company. Clients have a named adviser throughout the process, and where commission is included within an energy contract, our commission is disclosed in writing. Our aim is straightforward: give UK businesses transparent pricing, practical market advice and ongoing support before, during and after their energy contract is agreed.

Brilliant service!
Brilliant service from Tom from start to finish. Helped us out a lot with finding out that we’d been massively overcharged by our electric company. Tom went above and beyond with helping us getting our money back by chasing them down. Can’t thank him enough for his help. Very professional. Would 100% recommend! Thanks again Tom!
