Out of all the slots and bookies available on the internet. I hate Leovegas and Slotboss slots the most, I can't describe my hatred for these crooks. The problem is they are allowed to do pretty much what they want, without consequences from regulating authorities. They simply should not exist, If I was paid for every minute wasted and spent on customer support. I'd be a millionaire. Bonuses never work or don't get credited! You have to ask for them to get credited, iv'e raised many concerns with customer support and they never seem to do anything about the numerous problems encountered.
Update: There reply below is just another half-hearted attempt, but they simply don't care!

I've sent over 10 forms of ID and PROVE of bank account . Even though it's been accepted they've locked out my account again. I've written a complaint but no one answers me; live chat are not helping at all. All I want is my account unlocked and any winnings released. This is really upsetting me and I can't believe this can be getting away with.

Absolutely horrid. Signed up and deposited. Won a small amount and decided to withdraw it. Withdrawal stopped as needed to upload ID.
My driving licence had expired a few months ago and is being renewed presently. I do not have a passport. My ID was rejected. Slotboss informed me on the chat that I should then apply for a passport if I want the withdrawal. Stating only those two forms of ID are acceptable. Tasha on the chat was very rude.
I uploaded a disabled permit issued by the local authority. Rejected.
They seem to not accept any other types of ID which is bizarre. Seems they are just trying to get out of paying me my money!!

Absolutely disgusting company to deal with!
I had been playing there sites for a few years & when I actually won a few hundred pounds on 2 of their sites they made it as difficult as possible for me to withdraw the money!!
It took 4 months & hundreds of rejected withdrawal attempts where they suddenly needed to verify all sorts of documents.
Which I understand & don’t mind doing but they continually rejected the official documents for made up reasons, which I continually proved that it had the so called missing information on (name, account number etc).
It was only when I went to the gambling commission for advice & proved they was in breach of their license agreement that they finally released MY money!!

Great slot site. Bonuses can be a bit sparse at times, which can make for boring play. But when they do give you a bonus, it’s normally a nice one. Withdrawals are hassle free too. I would recommend you try the site. But set a limit so you don’t keep trying for a bonus.
