Do not use! Have stolen 40 from my account! Deposited £40 and it has been taken from my bank but never credited to my account!! Tried to contact customer support no response also waited 40 minutes in the chat got down from 30 to 4 for the chat to be ended!!! Absolute thief’s! I will be raising a dispute with the bank

Not responded to 10 emails. They locked account with no warning with £1300 winnings outstanding. There live chat finally said I had breached terms and conditions without saying what. Meant to have a UK license that's a joke. Avoid

Avoid this casino. They've asked me to verify my account twice within 2 weeks and wanted lots of documentation without sensitive information being removed. They should verify at the time of depositing, not withdrawing. It is a real nightmare getting money back from them.

I am still struggling to get my money out of them as they claim they are having problems withdrawing to particular debit cards, so I tried to withdraw with paypal instead, and they say the screenshot I sent in of my paypal account isn't good enough. The number of hoops I am having to jump through simply to get my own money back (and not even a huge amount) is absurd. I will not be using them or any of the other sites they are linked with again.

The Gambling Commission state that "A request made by a customer to withdraw funds from their account must not result in a requirement for additional information to be supplied as a condition of withdrawal if the licensee could have reasonably requested that information earlier. "

I wouldn't recommend you deposit money into a casino that ignores this.

So last night I attempted a withdrawal and it said internal error next minute funds are missing and no pending withdrawal history...you know I have winnings because of the game history I would like my winnings banked asap please pointless using chat I was position 33..chat kept ending

Stay clear of this site they take your money but refuse your withdrawal. I used to like this site but they proved there not a good site all about money to them and they ignore your emails what happened to good customer service

I have sent around 10/15 emails in the last week and not one has been replied. Simply shocking customer service

I leave a lot of bad reviews for slots but this site paid out fairly. You can't expect it to be a money machine but you KNOW when a lot of other sites rip you off. This is the only site I've found that actually pays your RTP rate. You might not always get your bonus in slots but you do get your return one way or another. I've had some decent wins but the instant transfer withdrawal method is a little misleading as its not instant. I'm currently waiting on my withdrawal and I've verified with previous leo Vegas company sites so we'll see, will four star depending on the outcome! My only problem so far is that 10% of the games dont work and 50% of them don't show up on the search bar meaning I have to look through a huge list everytime.

Wow my 1st time to win over a £100 on here in 5 years..

Signed up to slot boss as part of a topcashback offer (so i thought they must be trustworthy to be on there) made my first deposit of £30 on the 10th December and requested a refund the same day of £30 which has still not been returned to my bank. I have contacted them now via email and chat over 10 times, provided all the information they have requested yet every time I request a refund it just goes back into the slot boss account. No one has sent me the complaint procedure after being asked multiple times. They have told me to contact my bank when I have repeatedly told them the bank would not block this (i have spoken to them twice) they took my deposit fine and now seem to want to do nothing the help me get this money back. Poor service, poor communication

I love playing Slingo so I thought I would play slingo centerium I spent out £82 then cashed in. On my phone it told me I would win £4.50 under the won section, how much did I win yes £4.50. Thinking this was stupid I did the same thing under Irish slingo again same thing spent loads of money and under win was told, sorry can’t remember so they can’t say otherwise but was told something like £1.50. I can’t be accurate with my figures but the truth is you spend lots of money and they know how much you will win and this is a lot less than you have spent

Absolutely one of the worst sites I have seen, over £100 and one bonus of £6 over a month. 6% return should be ashamed it's not gambling that's just theft I would love to see proof these sites are actualy regulated not just paid someone to say they are. The worst from worst, I did request an withdrawal and I not receive my winning even after a full week. When I try to contact them to ask what's happen, live chat not working and the email suport tram never replay back. This site is trash, deposited £120 won £2500 sent my details to verify, contacted them after 3 days to ask them what’s happening in regards with verification as they didn’t get back to me, have now blocked my account. Nothing but a bunch of criminals. Will be looking to take matter further.

I’ve been on this site for a while and have never experienced any issues. Withdrawal time is quick. Approval for winnings is quick and I’ve had some big wins recently. Not all good reviews are fake reviews. :)

They refused to pay me my winning because I had closed an account with a sister company I didn't know about. They are scammer who don't like paying out. There are no issues when you keep depositing.

No matter how many deposits were made, no wins, or bonuses at all, over 500 spins @ £1 and the only "wins" were under £1, so not a "win" but a "loss", I have played the same games on many other sites never had this bad an experience.

No issues with losing money (it is gambling afterall), as long as you feel like you're enjoying the time and experience, but on this site that doesn't happen, you just spin deposits into oblivion (directors pockets?).
