It's funny how they ask you to verify your account with I.D and bank statements when you try and make a withdrawal. I opened a account deposited, played and won.
Requested withdrawal, asked for id that got verified then told my account was getting reviewed.
I've received a email this morning to say that apparently I had a account that was self excluded and I've acted fraudulenty so no deposits or withdrawals are allowed.
So basically they've kept my money.
I was under no impression that I had another account and didn't do anything out of malicious.

Honestly, the time scale to verify your account is ridiculous. They want several documents uploading then won’t give you a timescale for how long it would take. I was getting quite anxious after reading reviews that I would not get my winnings therefore I went through resolver. I also emailed the support team at slot boss everyday. I finally got verified approx 10 days after sending documents. I then got my withdrawal within seconds of them sending it. Now I deposited around 400 and withdrew 600. I see reviews saying they deposited and never won. I can do that on any site so don’t think slotboss can be criticised for this. The choice of games is brilliant and odds of winning are probably the same as any other site. I give 3 star for the time scale on verififying an account and being unable to tell me how long roughly I would be waiting. Caused me a lot of unnecessary anxiety. But I am happy to be verified, and have received my winnings so thank you. I will play again on this site now I know I’m verified and shouldn’t have the same problem again.

It’s a decent platform but talking to customer support is a nightmare. The chat messenger is ridiculous. Keeps disconnecting and puts you in the queue where you explain to the next chat agent from zero. There’s no way I could reach out for any issues., Jokes….
Of course it’s not about the people working as chat support but the management who thinks it’s all good to have support system like that.

They allowed me to deposit multiple times When it came to withdrawing it got reversed multiple times, I provided all info requested they then followed up they weirdly saying I can only withdraw if deposited extra money and if I don't I cant withdraw. Very odd. I would avoid the company if you can

I have won an amount of money and I am awaiting withdrawal. They have processed an amount I requested before I was locked out of my account. I have sent off all forms of ID which have been verified now. I am still locked out of my account due to needing to contact the safer gambling team who have not contacted me in the last 24 hours this is ridiculous all I want to do his withdraw my winnings

AVOID! First time on this site was my last. Took my winnings off me with a faulty site and blamed me. Would not help me just said it was my fault. Well lesson learnt. When I always check I'm betting 10p or 50p I am not going to bet £25 on one spin.
