Awful service, do not recommend
Customer service and communication and premises are awful.
Staff members in the London branch are particularly rude and unprofessional. The phone is barely picked up and when it is, you are met with attitude and quite frankly people who do not seem to want to be at work. The treatment rooms are awful, the walls are dirty and plain, not a nice experience felt like I was in someone's abandoned spare room, the beds are old, damaged and dirty as well. The tissue seems to be used all day and not changed. Employers are not happy to be there. Machines look like they have not been regulated in a while either. I do not recommend spending money in this place, much better options. The only reason I purchased was due to the low price advertised in Reading. Biggest regret and I do not even want to finish my course with them. Good luck even getting an appointment as you can even barely get through to them. Location is terrible too and they moved premises and claimed to have text me the new premises just 24 hours before my appointment. Did not receive a text and they actually should of communicated this via email which is a much more reliable method of communication.
Awful company and service - AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!
Awful company and awful service.
They make you pay in full upfront then they will cancel/change/amend every single appointment a few hours before.
You will then have to chase them yourself to rearrange the appointments you have paid for, then for them to cancel on you again.
They then ignore you when you ask for a refund.
Not doing their treatment right
Today I had a last laser treatment from skinspace leeds uk. Bryony did the laser treatment on my face and she was absolutely brilliant and she went over my face at least 7 times in one place while other therapists only went over once on the area of my face and I wonder why my hair still there. Not happy with all the therapists but I'm happy with bryony. She was so sweet and professional. I'm giving one star review for the company and the therapists who work in there. Bryony did my treatment first time today and she did it with honesty. None of the others went over my face area more than one time. How can they do that to me when I've paid a lot of money. I wouldn't recommend any one going there for laser and for any other treatment and I would never go there again.

Laser hair removal. Well worth the money.
I had laser hair removal to the bikini line. Underarms and some facial. My treatment finished 6 months ago and I'm delighted with the results. Very little hair regrowth in all areas and any that is is incredibly fine. I'm so pleased with the results. I recommend it to everybody that is young enough to get it done. I think I was probably just on the cusp with some grey hair starting to come through. Treatment was worth every penny and most of the staff were fantastic.

Seems like skin space have a way with not providing refunds to clients who have asked for their money. I too am one of those clients who never got the refund back. Disappointment, sadness and frustration are some of the words I’d use to describe how I’m feeling. I’m appalled that a company in 2026 can get away with such blatant disrespect - it makes me shocked. Do better, be better. Skin space stop scamming people who are just trying to improve their lives

What a scam skinpace
I purchased a package of laser hair removal for chest, abdomen, Brazilian/Hollywood and perianal. I have 1 session left on chest and abdomen, however, I'm 60 years old and no longer have any dark hair on chest or abdomen. And yet they are refusing to move those two treatments to an area that does need treating. They talk about being fair. In what lifetime will I need chest and abdomen treated. And this is unrealistic and unfair and difficult. And yet they were more than happy to take my money.

Update on experience
Update on experience, after five months of this saga, I am still awaiting my refund as I am being consistently ignored. They asked for my bank details in December, naturally I was pleased to have the saga over with, I am now being ignored again and no refund has been received.
DO NOT pre pay this company, their businesses practices are certainly not ethical, I feel so sorry for their front of house/ reception as they cannot issue refunds and are having to deal with constant calls asking for updates.

Update on refusal of Refund

I’m updating this review because this situation is still unresolved and it has taken a real toll on me.
For months, I tried to deal with this calmly and reasonably. I sent multiple emails and later a formal Letter Before Action asking for a refund for services that were not provided. Long stretches of time passed with no replies at all. Calls went unanswered. When I did hear back, it was often vague and then communication would stop again.
Throughout this process, no one corrected the company details I was using or explained that I should be contacting a different legal entity. This company is actually registered as PCK SKIN (BIRMINGHAM) LTD. That clarification only came very late, after months of silence.
What has been hardest is not just the money, but the time and emotional energy this has taken. Constantly chasing, being ignored, and having to escalate something that should have been straightforward has been exhausting and distressing. No one should have to fight this hard just to get a refund for services that were never delivered.
I am not asking for anything unreasonable — only the return of money I paid in good faith. As there has still been no resolution, I am now having to pursue this formally (again).
I would urge anyone considering prepaid treatments to be extremely cautious and to make sure they understand exactly who they are dealing with and how refunds are handled if things go wrong.
Ghosted after refund request continued…
Despite emailing me to ask for my bank details (funnily enough just after I left my first review on here) I have still not received a refund. I have emailed to ask when it will be issued and have received no response. Skincare UK replied to my first review stating that they understand the matter is being resolved but it clearly isn’t. Avoid this company at all costs, disgusting service.

I had some problems in terms with the timing of the appointments with Skinspace in the past but Dee is great, a real professional and rocketed my experience at Skinspace to another level.
