Caudalie Viniclean Toner arrived covered in oil; I’ve used a Clorox wipe on it every morning & night since unboxing (while using it) and still, touching the bottle coats my hands in a shiny residue that makes doing the rest of my skincare incredibly frustrating :/ also I’m paranoid bc I have seborheic dermatitis & it is easily triggered by soooo many things— like I don’t even know what it’s covered in lmao

I ordered on line and product was shipped promptly to me here in Ireland.Tracking aand delivery excellent.when I received the package it was damaged in transit. The customer resonse was excellent , replacement sent by express courier and a very understanding response made. This meant a great deal to me as it is a Christmas gift. I would give this company a zero if I could because I got zero product for the money I spent. Ordered some sunscreen in March 2023. Wrote them 3 emails asking for a refund or to resend the product. They told me it was out of their hands and could do nothing. I see I’m one of many who had had this experience. Not surprising. Scam company!

Since the seller has now replied for me to email them directly (as I have MANY times now), I am updating my review to show my e-mail correspondence, my dispute via Paypal and how their customer service simply directed me to their FAQ that says they're not responsible for shipments ...

DO NOT BUY! It's an untrustworthy company. I ordered my products, and they never arrived. They told me to contact the shipping company, saying it wasn't their problem. The shipping company didn't respond either. I lost nearly 100 USD. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They don't take responsibility for anything. It's a disgrace of a company.
