Saludos. Les agradezco que el servicio al cliente haya sido excelente. Lo único que tendría que decir es, que no se por que no me llegaban las notificaciones del estatus del pedido. Cuando recibí la caja estaba bastante golpeada y no me agradó que al abrir el producto no estuviera sellado y que viniera producto salido en la tapa como si hubiera sido usado. Y ya con eso no me da la confianza de que fuera nuevo. A parte, al venir abierto ya el tiempo de expiracion va corriendo. Gracias.

No recibí mi pedido y ya han pasado 10 días, mi domicilio es céntrico, es imposible que FedEx no lo encuentre porque recibo paquetería de Amazon todo el tiempo y nunca tuve problemas. El vendedor nunca estuvo al pendiente de mi pedido, muy decepcionada del servicio, al parecer es una estafa porque leo comentarios y tuvieron el mismo problema y no les reembolsan el dinero tampoco, mis 1,200 pesos perdidos. Muy mal.

Worst customer service
Worst customer service, I placed an order over 2 months ago (June 9) and never got the item. While the tracking number shows that the item is not moving from the same place for over 2 months, I contacted the customer service and the answer was that they need to investigate before they return my money. Not sure if they need fbi or cia to resolve the problem. But they never offer send another item for replace the one still lost. Don’t buy from them.
