Bought the Aurora Pro Kit and was missing a mount for the IR illuminator. Emailed the company and got a response within minutes from customer service. Explained my issue, they had the missing part shipped within 24 hours. Also assisted me with set up of the camera through their video library. They did all of this over the July 4th Holiday weekend. Outstanding customer service by Bill Bobrowski. Will buy from SIONYX again in the future! Best customer service I've ever experienced on any product. Camera is fantastic and does everything advertised! Great value for Night Vision product. Would recommend Aurora Pro to anyone.

The IR light that came with camera does not work. I called to aksed but no one answered and did not get back to me although I left my number.

The light in the kit did not work. I called customer service and they rush shipped another without any questions asked. It arrived 2 days later, but I had already left on vacation. The gentleman did all he could short of paying overnight fees to rush it out.
The night vision worked incredibly well and was fun to look at nature during pitch black and see like it was dusk or dawn.

I neva fill out these kind of surveys but I feel compelled to do so with this one. I had a minor disappointment when I received the Explorer Pro kit and I emailed it to Justin Johnson and he must have ran it up the chain of command because the next thing I know I'm receiving a UPS delivery of an extra, not included assembly at No Charge, at my office. The equipment and technology is incredible as my brother Rick recommended you and your service with a smile is old school and you now have a customer for life!

Just not what it was portrayed to be. Not useful for things that it portrayed it would be good for. Unable to return or I would have sent it back same day.

I recently received the SiOnyx Pro night vision camera. I am beyond impressed with its usefulness for my intended use. For shooting the night sky, it does a great job of effectively gathering the low light required to record stars and the Milky Way. When you consider the size, cost and the fine build quality of their cameras, it’s a definite recommendation from me.

I had read some user reviews where there was disappointment when the camera was used in a completely dark environment. Any device, like the SiOnyx Pro, needs some small degree of light – but not much – just enough for the camera to amplify what we can barely perceive to something truly visual. With this in mind, it does what it claims to do very well!

The camera has a few settings that allow you to take control of the camera -- allowing you to adjust the brightness of your recordings, manual focus, frame rate choices, and more. It’s a simple devise to use. And, the small size and light weight make it an easy camera to have with you at all times, allowing you to quickly capture those unexpected moments.

But beyond praise for the camera, their company has the best customer support EVER! I required a fair bit of information about the Pro model vs. other cameras in their product line. All questions were answered with astonishing speed. It’s evident that they care about the user experience – taking pride in what they have developed, and what they offer.

Bought the Explorer Pro kit through BH video and it arrived missing the pic rail mount. Reached out to CS and they had one shipped to me the next day. Camera looks great streaming to my ipad mini 3. Looking forward to putting it to work.

Shipping is Great, top of the Line. The Camera is ok but really doesn't work for being in the Dark woods at night without a light source to investigate Nocturnal Animals.

It works, like surprisingly well. If its a new moon out and cloudy it wont be very effective without some illumination. If its anything greater than a new moon (even when its cloudy) I can see 3 or 400 yards into my property clear enough to make out facial features.

The only thing i'd improve is making one with a reticle...

Isn't it funny how you come across a couple of negative reviews. And it makes you think. Should I go for it and purchase it. I'm so glad I did go ahead and purchase the Aurora Pro. I've just got more interested in the night Sky. I can look up with the naked eye and see quite a few stars. With the Aurora Pro, the night sky comes alive with thousands of stars. Even when I get some street lighting bleeding into the viewer. You can darken or lighten your view. To keep most of the street lights out.The zoom is also good. I'm yet to use the app. All in all I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend the Aurora Pro.

Cameras are great so far. Worked closely with their technical support with the Wifi issues and I was impressed. (firmware update has fixed that issue)
