The order was exactly what I wanted and shipped on time. The scope works perfectly. Definitely recommend the product.

So far, I love these products. The scope was nice on its own, but only at dusk or when the moon was really out. Adding the illuminator to it made it top notch. The image is now extremely clear and the beam focus ability makes it possible to easily see distant objects. I love this!

So far so good! Package included a data card which even though a small item it saved a trip to the store. Have not had to use customer service, instructions and online videos are good. Product is great although a little smaller than I thought from ads. I am Happy.

Sionyx Aurora + IR illuminator is as winning combo. Very effective in case of very low light condititions.

Their camera just wasn't right for my oldest son (an avoid hunter), so SIONIX accepted my return without question, full refund! If you're monitoring someone, say an FBI agent or other agency (DEA/DHS/Border Security, PI) THIS is your best way to go. The Head of Customer Care - Night Vision Camera Systems (Bill Bobrowski) , was all over the whole refund process. He also shipped the device very quickly. If ever I need something like this, I will definitely be back. Would recommend it! IF it had night/thermal capability, I might've kept it for myself...

I recently experienced a minor issue with my Aurora camera after years of flawless functioning. I was absolutely blown away by the level of support I received from initial contact to resolution. I sent an email describing the problem to customer service and received a reply within a couple of hours. Bill Bobrowski told me to send the camera in and they’d have a look at it. The same morning they got the camera, they had my issue resolved and my camera was on the way back, arriving two days later. All my questions were answered quickly and in a friendly, professional manner. This is without any doubt the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere.

Great customer service! We use the Aurora Pro to get night-time footage of seabirds in Kauai. These cameras are super easy to use, very durable, and get really good quality videos. Would definitely recommend!

This company is terrific! Not only do they make an amazing night vision camera but their customer service is outstanding. I managed to break a piece of an attachment and asked if I could purchase a new one. They promptly sent me a new one with no charge.

Excellent product! Fit and finish is top shelf. Functionality takes a little time to get the hang of it. Instructions need to be more detailed for connecting to wifi. It does not connect easily. Does not always reconnect when turned off and back on. A little glitchy. Connecting to phone is not a feature i am most interested in tho. Night vision is my main use not camera or video although great bonuses! All in all great product and performance for the price!
