I test drove several cars here and everyone I spoke with was very friendly. Ian at Swansea went out of his way to help from my initial enquiry on the phone to trying out the cars. He is very calm and puts you at ease. It was a hard decision to make as I enjoyed my old car so much but it wasn't in great condition anymore and I wanted to be sure I found the right car. I'm really pleased with the high quality service here and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an Audi. The cars are well priced compared with other dealerships I've looked at and a good choice of cars too.

The whole experience of the purchase was perfect from start to finish. The sales person was very cooperative and there was no sense of pressure at all. The showroom itself was very pleasant and the staff were all very welcoming. Precise details and method of payment was clear and aftercare etc was detailed and appropriate. The sales person was delightful and couldn't do enough for us. Since the purchases we have received a number of follow up calls as to our enjoyment of the purchases. The salesperson went above and beyond to help us with the purchases.
