Excellent and very rapid service
I rang Jaguar Assist at 10 am in the morning and they had an engineer with me by 2.30 the same day. Sinclair Land Rover Newport then booked it in for the very next day and finished the repair on that day, including removing the main High Voltage battery for the car - excellent service!!

We recently had an issue with our Land Rover Discovery where water was leaking through the windscreen and caused problems with the electrics, leaving the car unable to start. Unfortunately, this happened just a few months out of warranty, so we initially thought we’d have to cover the repair costs ourselves.
However, after speaking with Sean Denning from Jaguar Land Rover Newport, the experience completely turned around. Sean was incredibly supportive, professional, and genuinely wanted to help. He understood the issue straight away and explained that it was actually a known problem covered under a recall, meaning we didn’t have to pay for the repairs.
The whole process was handled quickly and efficiently, and our car is now back with us and running perfectly. Sean went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted, and his customer service was exceptional.
We’re so grateful for his help and can’t recommend Jaguar Land Rover Newport — and Sean in particular — highly enough.

First class service department
My 2 landrovers have been in for some fairly complex maintenance recently with great results. Sean Denning, senior service advisor, was amazing. Booked my evoque in for a fault to be rectified. Turned out it was something different but they managed to diagnose and fix it on the same morning. Rhian even got my car valeted inside and out before I returned, great customer service
