J'ai commandé trois robes que j'ai reçu assez vite mais qui ne m'allait pas du tout. Je n'ai rien à redire sur la qualité des vêtements et l'envoi rapide. Cependant, les robes étaient taillées petites alors je les ai retourné et cela doit faire un mois que je n'ai aucune réponse de mon retour. J'ai suivi le retour en ligne, il a bien été livré mais depuis aucun mail ni remboursement. J'ai envoyé deux mails et un message sur Instagram, personne ne me répond. Il s'agissait d'une commande de 150E, j'ai dû payé les frais de port de renvoie à 20E et je ne revois plus la couleur de mon argent. C'est scandaleux et je ne sais pas quoi faire.

I got a dress and a shirt, the shirt is fantastic: light pure cotton fabric, very comfortable on the skin, elegant, refined and chic design; the dress is a dream, I received many compliments, light and comfortable, it feels like you're not wearing it; I loved their original models, which are not around! I will definitely buy again and recommend the site to my friends!

Very bad customer service, bought shirt size not fit, sent back the package with the address they provided, but no ant response no refound. Never buy from simple retro this company.

The dresses is very beautiful

I used to purchase from them a lot but they have changed and are not ethical anymore. They advertise their dresses in US dollars but charge your card in Hong Kong $ (which is against the law in the USA to advertise in dollars & not charge in dollars) so you get charged by your bank an international transaction fee. Additionally the dress i purchased for $35 on sale, same size as other dresses I have bought but it was MUCH smaller even though the measurments were the same. They said id have to pay $15 to ship is back for a refund. You have 30 days to return the item from the day they ship ot, which can take weels to get to you (& most places return for free & that is half the cost of what i paid) & then they said id have to purchase the dress in a different size at the non-sale price of $75. Customer service response is very slow, text only which takes days, bo phone number either.

I have had two dresses from Simple Retro and really love them. They are very good quality and arrived quickly too. I have had lots of compliments when wearing them. I love that they feel very vintage but modern at the same time, and I think that their prices are very reasonable compared to a lot of other vintage-inspired clothing companies.
