0 if I could . It wouldn’t send me the code you need to cancel your subscription I’ve emailed them half a dozen times with no response. I have stopped automatic payments on PayPal so I hope that stops these thieves . Stay away - wish I’d read trust pilot before .

This is my second review to update my last post made a couple of weeks ago. I gave this one star and if I could give zero stars I would. The company that runs the app have employees or company policy that doesn’t favor customers. I paid twice for the app’s services on the same day of August 8th. I asked for a refund and my response in a nut shell was too bad. Clearly I don’t need to pay twice for services so this should have been a no brained refund. I sent proof from my PayPal account to support as well. Then I posted here my review and heard from Simple asking me to reach out to their team and left a contact email. I reached out the same day and since then a couple of times and zero response. So clearly they are only commenting on negative posts to make it appear they are going to assist but they really are not. Has anyone noticed that apps like these make it hard to find the steps to cancel? This one stick me in a loop I couldn’t seem to break. I’m sure there was a way but it wasn’t obvious. Why can’t apps put on their main menu a link that is clearly marked “how to cancel your subscription”. I have noticed this more and more and it is annoying enough that I won’t be engaging in services that hide this. I recommend you do your research before engaging. When I researched reviews on Simple I came across many listings about not being able to get subscriptions cancelled and customer service to respond. This is where I am at and chalking the $120 for one session instead of $60 for services up to a disappointment and a valuable lesson. Beware friends.

Wish I’d read more reviews! Signed up for 3 months but wanted to cancel on 2nd day when I realised the app was rubbish.. Tried to cancel my subscription through their app, says it will send a code to my email.. 10 times tried , no code . Don’t answer any of the emails I’ve sent… Absolute con and AVOID at all costs . The app itself is useless and didn’t monitor my fasting in real-time !! Now gotta find a way to stop any more payments.
UPDATE: I tried to comment and ask a question on their fb page but moderators blocked me and Ive since discovered they’ve tried 2 x in the past few days to take more payments which weren’t even due as I had paid for a 3 month sign up only a week earlier.Yet my account says I need to upgrade to premium to see any details of my account!Had to inconvenience myself and freeze my credit card to stop the payments.

This company is not a company. It is some dude sitting in front of his computer and figuring out how to rip people off - and he is good at it, as you can see from the reviews. I am pretty sure that any review is a waste of time. I am doing it, however, hoping to reach the other suckers, like myself, who might be out there standing in the sucker line.
I hardly use PayPal so I don't check it. I'm the dummy. No, not a penny of your money will be returned. I guarantee.

Do not even think about signing up with this company. They will do their utmost to keep your money although you have NOT received anything including an app. They give you a huge run around with what appears to be AI responses instead of a HUMAN, and there is NO phone number to call. Save your money. Don't get suckered by this company.

The Customer Service via, email is exceptional. When i was faced with an issue and sent my email i got a response immediately. I have not tried the program but like i said it is very easy to communicate your concerns and are never ignored. 5 stars for Simple.com - Happy Camper, Jeanne R

Ripoff Alert!!! Cancelled during the free trial and they continued to bill me for 6 months before I caught it. No notices. Worthless and criminal. Stay away.

STAY AWAY HORRIBLE !! TOLD ME MY ACCOUNT WAS CANCELLED AND STILL TOOK MY MONEY> AM fighting them at another level but sure that $$ is long gone. Keep track of your fasting yourself!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! THEY told me renew date was AUG and today they took my money!!! STAY AWAY!!!

No reminder Auto Renewal, reached out to them straight away and they said no refund. Just a horrible way that these companies pretend they are 'transparent' and just steal money from people who tried to do the right thing and use their app. Sadly this is part of their business model. Terrible how us consumers are treated these days.

Don't sign up! The app is not worth the cost, they don't remind you when your subscription is up for renewal and they won't refund. Avoid!

Even if it doesn't work for you they won't refund your money.

Didn't want to renew but it auto renewed and they refused to give any refund. There was no chase up to say it was going to auto renew. Feel duped!

IT DIDN’T work out for my and I didn’t like the app, and I cancelled, after 3 months I was charged again automatically $59.99 and no body answering mails for refund of confirm cancellation

BE AWARE DONT LOOSE YOUR MONEY INSTEAD OF WEIGHT

Det reklameres på dansk på Facebook og når man opretter et abonnement og betaler finder man ud af at appen er på engelsk, det er jo meget smart at man kan tage billeder af det man skal spise men appen aner ikke hvad det er når det er danske retter, så den kommer med underlige forslag. Abonnementet er løbende og noget bøvlet at opsige, deres kundeservice er heller ikke for god.

I signed up for 3 months and this last month my hydration app quit working. It has helped to keep me on track. I guess you could say it made me more accountable. I will not sign up again at this time because of me staying on track with dealing with family health issues.

This is a typical company that gets you on the front end with a low cost and auto-renews at a higher rate. When this happened to me I immediately contacted them to cancel my "subscription" and get a refund but they only offered to refund half or the lower rate I entered with. This is how they make money. They don't really care about you!

AVOID! They keep charging you for nothing. I cancelled my prescription, cancelled the app, after 3 months they charge me 60+ euro! Claiming that I did not cancel.
With a cancelled prescription, cancelled app and zero activity in the app it was more than obvious that I should not pay anything to them. Worst app ever.

I cancelled my subscription 1 day after joining for $29.99. That was for 3 months. Then I receive a receipt charging me $29.99 and $36.00. I told them i cancelled and need my money back. They said I have to show I used the fasting for 15 days. And because I did not, I don't qualify to get my money back. That doesn't even make sense. I cancelled within 30 days, as they said, I should qualify!
