My parcel never arrived. The Evri tracking says delivered but there is no proof of delivery and Evri have responded to me to say they can see the driver was not in my area at the time it was ‘delivered’. I contacted Shreddy who said they will speak to the courier and get back to me. 10 days later and still no product or refund. Not even an update on what’s happening. Just AVOID!

Shreddy supergreens team… I can only say I’m extremely disappointed with the level of customer care. In comparison to Grace’s other brand Tala, whose customer service is fast, responsive and extremely helpful, Shreddy is like dealing with Evri. You never know when they’ll turn up, they often don’t deliver a resolution and they will blank you for days on end.
I’ve been without a product (that I have on subscription) for nearly 2 weeks and still no resolution. I’m tempted to pull my subscription because they clearly don’t want my business.

Didn’t agree with me, product bloated me out (IBS sufferer) tried to cancel last order, they still sent it. Have not been refunded. Tried to cancel subscription and I can’t! Nowhere online to do it and now they state I don’t even have an account but are still taking subscription from me. AVOID

The app has soooo many glitches and faults in it - makes it extremely frustrating and difficult when working out. You can’t move a workout to another day or swap an exercise on it without having to go on and off it several times. The meals on the app are very basic and not really something you’d add into everyday life. No option to add your own meals as well. The workout variety is good but there are much better around.
Have spoken to their customer service at least once a week since having the app (nearly a year ago) and still nothing. ‘We will let our developers know’ is all I ever get.
Disappointing to say the least but commendable marketing nonetheless!

I think the bars taste nice but the use by date was short. I emailed the company to let them know that I was disappointed with that and they just made an excuse rather then apologising because all the other protein bars have a much much longer use by date. They clearly aren't bothered about my custom else they would have reached out to me. Won't buy from them again.

The Supergreens broke me out so much I had to stop taking it. As soon as I did..the spots stopped coming. What a waste of money

Update - ISSUE STILL NOT FIXED. No comms from them, I’ve had to chase multiple times just to be told the same thing, I paid for a yearly subscription just to not be able to use the app properly for 2 months…

Been having app issues for nearly a month. Sent an email and explained what wasn’t working properly and was told it had been reported to development team. 2 weeks later I heard nothing so I chased, got a reply saying before they can look into it I have to complete the troubleshooting steps…. Which I already did….before I sent my first email… so they wasted 2 weeks doing nothing. Now nearly a month later and still no fix. Can’t use the app how I want to, super frustrating and not worth the hassle

What I can never get behind is a company that's chosen customer service based solely on 'policy' and 'Ts & Cs' over providing individualism, compassion and making decisions based on understanding personal circumstances case by case.
I thought I had cancelled my subscription evidently not, I no longer even have the app installed, it hasn't been used since March. My yearly subscription renews, twice as much as last year but fine I signed up to it. The tricky part comes while I am currently unemployed after moving to a new country, with £120 left of my overdraft to see me through till my partner gets paid and my £90 subscription comes out. I am panicking and throw all shame aside to ask kindly for some compassion and a request for a refund on this one off occasion. I would never normally ask but I am utterly desperate and panicking. To only be sent a obviously pre written response to refund requests referring to the T's and C's. Where is the human to your company? You are not servicing anyone. You're supposed to be a health and wellness app, does those values get thrown out the window when the health and wellness of your customers comes in-between a direct debit? congratulations, you have my £90 but no longer have a returning customer

Be aware this company will charge you a completely different price to the one advertised (they advertised 59.99 to me but charged me 109.99 for an annual fee) and if you email them to query it they will refuse to take blame, will not apologise and will make you deal with the claim through your bank/Apple despite it being them that took the payment on their app. I’ve cancelled the subscription now but to be honest for the 3 hours I had access to the app it was rubbish anyway, spelling mistakes all over the place, gym routines that had supersets with two completely different machines (as if anyone is going to have two different machines free for that whole time at the gym) and the Pilates workouts can just be found on YouTube. It’s honestly not worth the hassle.

Very cheeky for Shreddy to try to convince you in their reply that I’m referring to a renewal price. I actually was signing up as a new member for the sale price, I was NOT renewing. Thankfully Apple did award me a full refund due to Shreddy’s untrue pricing.

It’s just a really weird workout app. When you select a workout, you are shown a 10-second clip of the movement along with how many reps to do, and then you have to stop what you are doing and click “next” to move on to the next movement. I can see that they have tried to be innovative in how they format their workouts - but it just doesn’t work.
It’s awkward… and boring.

The quantity of workouts Shreddy offers is average at best, and it’s a shame that they generally aren’t real-time, follow-along videos. However, the very few real-time workouts they do offer are brilliant. If Shreddy focused more on real-time workouts rather than the bizarre, clunky, piecemeal videos they currently offer, they’d probably get better reviews.

They wax lyrical about their challenges, and that’s what encouraged me to purchase the app… but they’re nothing new or special. Just a (seemingly) random selection of the clunky workouts that are already available put into a weekly schedule. You’d save money and get the same results by organising your own workout schedule using a free workout app.

2 stars for the recipe offerings… other than that, you can find better apps with a bigger selection of workouts, all of which are real-time, enjoyable and completely free (e.g. FitOn app).

Overall, a complete waste of money.

Purchased the SHREDDY SUPERGREENS and it caused both my sister and I to break out.
We have normal skin and luckly rarely get spots but a few weeks of taking the supergreens the breakouts on our face were shocking. As this was the only thing we had changed (and we dont live together so the only thing we had in common) we stopped take it. Since stopping no new spots but the residue ones are still there. My sister tried it again last week to test the theory and 3 new spots.
Just to note these spots are all around our chin and lower face (never had spots here before) and huge. Nothing like we have ever experienced.

Really surprised and normally I would like it was due to changes in eating, weather etc. but this is the only thing we have in common. I'm not sure what is in the greens causing this but wanted to flag!

The super greens taste disgusting, I’ve had ‘grass tasting’ greens and they’re honestly so much nicer. Don’t be fooled by the ads saying they taste good!

Very frustrated & disappointed 😤 I had initially purchased the year subscription through their discount and used it for about two week before giving up - the app was glitchy and quite repetitive. And just now I have been charged the auto renewal price of £80(!!). There were no email reminders sent which is the standard practice for app subscriptions and no warning that I would be charged. I contacted them just a few minutes after the money had left my bank account, but customer service has told me they do not give refunds for any reason. This is very disappointing for Shreddy and Grace to be conducting their business this way and scamming people out of their money through small print and terms and conditions.

Hi, I thought I would download the Shreddy APP to get back on my fitness game. I have completed four weeks, so for example week 4 has workouts ending in 4 and so on. Week's 5-8 have reverted back to week one, week two's workout and so forth. I have tried to contact Shreddy via email, instagram, dm and got nothing back. I love the app, and how it has motivated me but the customer service is shocking. A PT was even in the "Busy Girl Challenge" groupchat they create and asked us to message her with issues but nothings been done. Can someone please contact me?

I would recommend evaluating your diet carefully before purchasing and determining whether you actually need it. I fell for the social media hype back in April, and after a blood test in June, I discovered my B12 levels were dangerously high—even though this was the only supplement I was taking. Since then, I’ve realized how important it is to consider our nutrition alongside supplements, rather than just picking products at random.

While Shreddy’s products generate a lot of excitement, which is great, I feel they have a duty of care that they’re not fully meeting. It’s ultimately our responsibility to consume wisely, but the company should be doing more to properly inform customers. Not everyone needs extra B12 or other nutrients if they’re already getting enough from their diet and as I learnt, it can be harmful to your health.

Shreddy has everything you need in one place. The guides are so helpful, the coaches are so professional and the app just has a premium feel in general! You really won’t regret it.

The Shreddy team are really helpful and fast to respond. They seem to really care about customers, which is refreshing. The Supergreens powder tastes nicely tropical, even if it takes a while to get used to a bright green drink! I started to see a noticeable difference in health, skin and hair after about a month and will continue to use it long term. I don’t have caffeine within an hour before/after having any vitamins, which makes a significant impact of their efficacy.

Nails are stronger, skin might be better but equally I have a toddler so I’m never going to look too awake!! Taste is good and much less bloating!

Great product and the only grand I’ve tried that doesn’t taste like soil! Delicious x
