A great way to up my diet with more green goodness. The mango and pineapple supergreens have been part of my morning routine for a while now and I’m not going back 🙌🏼

I am a female in my early 30’s and just over a year ago, I suddenly started waking up during the night anytime between 1-4am and I have tried EVERYTHING to try and stay asleep. Shreddy Supersnooze is the only product that has worked for me. The flavour is delicious and it dissolves perfectly, it can be mixed into cold water, fizzy water or even hot water for a real bedtime treat. I’m currently on my second bag and will definitely be ordering a third.

I am into week 3 of my 1st bag of Shreddy supergreens....wow! This product is amazing. I noticed the difference after a few days, especially with my energy levels. I am 61 & exercise regularly, mainly weight training so this has given me a extra boost. I prefer to add it to my own homemade protein/fruit smoothie but it tastes nice in water too. I have just subscribed to a monthly purchased so I don't run out. Well done Shreddy for making a good natural product...I did a lot of research before buying & you exceeded my expectations of this product.

Loving the SHREDDY workouts so far!
There’s such a great variety of workouts to choose from, which keeps things interesting and motivating. I’m currently doing the 3,2,1 Summer Challenge — just finished week one and I’m already feeling stronger and more confident. Really looking forward to seeing the progress over the next few weeks! Highly recommend for anyone looking for structure, variety, and a challenge 💪✨

Recently started SHREDDY & absolutely loving it as a busy working mum I can fit this around the children and work and even better you get a meal plan created aswell for such a good value for money! Really enjoying my SHREDDY journey 😃 xx

Unfortunately continual app issues, glitches etc. Same as many others.

I also fine the greens never fully dissolve in water AT ALL, it’s like drinking sand. I cannot get through a glass, the taste is not good at all (I have a flavoured one, not original)

Shame because some workouts are great (mainly the follow along ones!) and the Tala branding/clothing side is great. App in theory and affordability and challenges is all good, but not if everyday something doesn’t work and costs you 10-15 minutes trying to sort it…

A friend had a 3 month subscription and the app didn’t work hardly at all, they would not refund despite her not being able to use it successfully at all

I like the sense of community with Shreddy, and the workouts are great! I did my first challenge this year (Summer) and I really enjoyed it however the app is glitchy, and when I completed the 4 week challenge the app didn’t save my progress passed 91% so that was anticlimactic and there was no celebratory moment.

Shreddy App is my favourite for workouts. Used many over the years and always revert back. The workouts are just perfect. Shreddy Greens are indeed life changing. My husband is also obsessed.
Shreddy is always a 10/10 recommend to a friend.

Absolutely loving the Shreddy app! I started and completed the 3, 2, 1 summer challenge but now have kept it out of routine. I just started the Signature Lift Plan as I want to focus on increasing muscle mass but decreasing body fat; it is 12 weeks long and am enjoying it so much (it’s tough!!). The structure of the app is easy to use and I greatly appreciate that I can track the weight/rep progress and see new PBs! Also the video snippet tutorials are a game changer. The recipes and are added bonus and the community makes it that much better.

Taking one star off as sometimes I get worried when I log in that it’s completely wiped my account - as it prompts me to enter my details (as if I’m a first time user) but after a few retries it works normally. I haven’t been able to find a weight/measurement tracker in the app yet but it might not have it.

Ok I know that term is SOOO 10 years ago but honestly my body has never been so tea (which is great for a Brit like moi)! I love the workouts, they've taught me a lot about form and it's like having a lil party, whether I'm in my bedroom or my gym. You can play music while working out which was something I wanted so bad with my old fitness app but that never happened.

There's such a wide variety of workouts, so whether you're looking to run your first 5k, 10k, whatever-k or you're a pilates princess, there's a workout for you. This app pushes you to do your very best and you can track PB's for individual exercises and track progress. I think the only thing I would improve with the workout tab is making it so I can see how long my rest is when doing a gym workout. Other than that, I really enjoy the app. You can easily swap between home and gym workouts and change the workout to whatever you like. I find this really useful when I'm on my time of the month and want to do a workout that I know I can do at that time.

I really like the Meals section of the app. The recipes are so tasty and delicious and I can fit them into my calorie deficit. The only thing is I'm unsure how the calories are tracked as sometimes they're very different to what shows up when I track calories. Maybe a revision of the calorie counting, or more clarity on portions, would help.

My body has changed so much! I've lost a stone but I look more sculpted and have an hourglass figure with a butt Nicki Minaj would envy! I feel really confident in my body and feel like an IT girl (not the type that works with computers though).

Finally, just get the app, especially on Black Friday cos the cost is low and the challenge prizes are high! You can win holidays, kindles, a food shop, the list goes on. I know other fitness apps that cost more and don't have prizes like these. Plus you have the community rooting for you!

A wonderful app, brilliant supplements and an even better community - shreddy and all the girls who take part in the challenges have been the absolute best for the last year and truly changed my lifestyle

I have been using Shreddy for a few years now and it’s my favourite brand ever! I have completed several challenges and guides, not to mention I have won some AirPod max’s and I won a challenge too! Such a good fitness app, I tried for years and years with different pts and fitness apps and nothing was as good and realistic as Shreddy! The workouts are so easy to fit into your schedule and they are some of the best workouts I have ever done! I have several products from them too, I have a few resistant bands, sliders, a workout mat and a foam roller for my muscles… the list is still going strong, I have also tried all of the Shreddy supplements and have the Shreddy supergreens and superskin supplements every morning🌞 I have seen such a benefit from taking these daily and they are just a staple of my daily routine now🫶🏼

Best decision I made was joining Shreddy a year and a half ago. It’s completely changed my physical and mental health! The app is so easy to use, has a huge variety of workouts (with videos - massive bonus) and the Shreddy team are unbelievably supportive. You also get to be part of an unreal community - what could be better! 🤍

I have been using shreddy since it was created by Grace and I love love the vitamin drinks. My nails, hair and skin always thank me for it. I also would never buy my booty bands anywhere else!

Shreddy is the best!

This is the first time I have ever been consistent with workouts and that’s thanks to the Shreddy app, the trainers and the support on social media.

The variety in workouts keeps it interesting and the various challenges throughout the year also give added motivation.

I have had one problem with the app, I contacted Shreddy and this was quickly dealt with.

If you’re looking for a way to get into exercise or to progress with your fitness, I’d recommend downloading Shreddy.

Love the shreddy app. It’s easy to use and has such a good variety of workouts, runs and classes on it. The guides are a great too, there is so many different ones and they really help me stay on track and reach my goals. The recipes are tasty and workouts are just the right level of challenging.

There is a great online community around shreddy who all support each other and I love that the company don’t solely focus on weight loss but instead on feeling good.

Constantly updating the app with new features and fixes, listening to their community and taking the feedback into account :) I've also ordered a few supplements from here over the years and never had a problem. Can't live without my greens now!

Recently signed up to the app to do The Wedding Plan and absolutely love it. Would recommend
