Shreddy super greens are amazing
Shreddy super greens are amazing! I have never liked coffee but always felt tired when I woke up. These have giving me more energy, I found I have slept better. I found myself recovering from gym aches a lot quicker since taking them. I used to bloat to the point I have different jeans in my wardrobe "the bloating jeans". Those are now donated to charity as I haven't needed them since I started drinking Shreddy Greens. The subscription is a game changer I just know they will turn up at my door monthly. No faults or complaints my end and recommended to many friends who are also very happy and consistent with drinking their greens now. The taste is 1000000% better than any of brand I tried as well (not that hard to do I know) either way hats off SUPER HAPPY CUSTOMER

Supergreens, NEVER AGAIN.
If I could give it 0 star, I would. I have been an avid Supergreens fan since the launch. However, I ordered 2 pouches and it tasted like it was expired; it didn’t have the signature mango and pineapple taste. If a stinky gym bag had a taste, it would be it.
I asked for a replacement because I thought it was a one-off and I wanted to keep using supergreens in my daily routine. I received my replacement pouches and once I tested both bags, I was met with the same unpleasant, expired taste.. I even tried using it with different water sources and temperatures and, asked some people to try the drink as well. They confirmed the same unpleasant taste.
I contacted support to now ask for a refund as this has happened to FOUR pouches now. The person - Dwayne - dealing with my complaint implied that what I had experienced with the taste and quality of supergreens cannot be true as no one else had complained about the taste, belittling my experience. Just because I’m the only one that complained doesn’t mean I’m the only that had the experience.
I’m still waiting for them to resolve this issue.
Never again. Teach your customer service staff to be understanding of the situation instead of belittling them.
A complaint about customer service.
Your customer service team has caused me to get charged TWICE.
I initially placed an order but shop used my old address. IMMEDIATELY after placing this order I asked your customer service team if I could change the address. They got in touch straight away and said, that I could not change the address but I could cancel the order and place a new one, and to do that I had to reply CONFIRM to the email straight away. Which I did. Then I placed a new order to be delivered to the same address.
The person didn't reply for 2 days even though I emailed back straight away and then said unfortunately they now can't cancel the order as it has been processed. So now I will be stuck with 2 shreddy orders for my leg weights, one at the wrong address and I have been charged twice due to a failure on your part.
I demand A partial refund or action on your side as this is simply unacceptable and quite frankly I will not be shopping here ever again.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. First placed an order for the Shreddy Supergreens in late November 2023 and it never arrived. Chased down customer service for months, no reply. No reply via email, no reply on socials. Eventually I had to LinkedIn message one of their team.
He asked the customer service team to email me, a couple of weeks later they did and I notice they’d been emailing the wrong email, I thought Grace was all about attention to detail?
5 months later, still no product. I had to suggest it was time for a refund and ask several times before it was honoured.
Then a few weeks later I have a parcel I have to pay customers for to find out what it is, eventually the Supergreens, but even more issues the bag was open. So I paid customs and have no product.
International shipping with Shreddy? Don’t bother. In this period I received several other parcels from the UK no problems and all arrived within a week.
Opposing comments blocked & removed from Instagram Page
Shreddy deleted & blocked comments on their Instagram that questioned a ‘what I eat I a day’ post that contained approximately 1200 calories. Comments drew attention & questioned what their thoughts are on perpetuating the idea that restriction = health/fitness & not clarifying that their page is apart of weight loss culture & is not a ‘health’ lifestyle page.
Instead of engage in any productive conversation on this, comments tagging their CEO Grace Beverly were removed & my account blocked. I also shared that their £62 Greens Deal was outrageous particularly during a cost of living crisis when people can purchase £2 multivitamins + minerals for the same nutritional value.
This brand is a cowboy brand, in which any comments questioning or disagreeing with its statements are removed/blocked - the irony is that Grace Beverly runs a clothing brand TALA that’s ethos is inclusivity whilst simultaneously promoting eating disorders & perfectionist lifestyles.
Please do consider the ethics of this brand before purchasing - their app is basic at best & the amount they are charging for ‘supplements’ is astronomical!

Avoid this - app doesn't work, and sneaky VAT charges. I downloaded the app for the second time in two years, for it to continue malfunctioning and bugging, leaving me unable to use it. I have been onto customer service for a week now, and nobody can solve the problem. In addition I ordered a product from the website (in Euros), where clearly at checkout it says "tax included." However, I receive a note from my local post office explaining I have to pay €15 in VAT on my €50 purchase. It is completely unreasonable for Shreddy to expect the average customer to read the fine print and know the difference between tax and VAT, particularly when they've taken the time to say "tax included", no doubt to encourage customers to buy and that they won't have to pay anything further on the item. Totally poor service and product, would expect much better. Not worth it.
Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Cancelled my subscription via the website and App Store. I was told that apparently I didn’t cancel it through the website.. which I did. Make sure you screenshot when you have done this as you will need it as proof as they will accuse you of not doing so.

Quite honestly one of the worst…
Quite honestly one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I downloaded the app and purchased a month subscription. The money came out of my account, but the app did not work. I contacted Shreddy on both my email and on Instagram to inform them of the above.
I was told to re download the app, then after another message saying the app didn’t work, they told me to restore the app. This didn’t work either. I have since informed them I will be discussing with my bank as I did not receive the item I purchased despite the money having left my account. Absolutely no contact on either email or Instagram and unhelpful service when you do get their attention for all of 2 minutes.
Ill be getting my money back but will not be supporting this service again.
I signed up for the Black Friday offer…
I signed up for the Black Friday offer of an annual subscription as a first time paying user, with the offer of a free gift and was one of the deciding factors of paying for an annual subscription as opposed to a weekly/monthly subscription. Only to find that as I had signed up previously for a free trial quite some time ago that I was not eligible for the gift. This was not clearly highlighted at the point of purchase, I have since reached out to their customer service team who have also not been at all helpful.

Money robbing and awful product with worse customer service
Absoloutely awful product. Bought the extra strong resistance black band and it pretty much resembled a hair tie from Primark that wants to suck out the life out your hair follicles. My knees nearly broke when I squatted and they locked out when I hit 90 degrees. Having seen they are doing a flash sale for £5... I feel like I must write this review for people with not much money that may be drawn to buy this product. If you do, you will find out you have wasted your money and have a hard time trying to get that money back. Having worked 10 years in customer service and complaints I know what's right and what's wrong and the way their team handled my complaint was damn right unfair and can imagine people who don't have the time or confidence to fight will lose their money and have a rubbish product. Don't be duped into buying this product. I would highly recommend Bret Conteras products instead.

Do not purchase!!!!! Unlike most apps where you can get a refund for your subscription after purchase Shreddy is non refundable even though that’s not clearly stated when you purchase. I feel completely robbed after buying and realising the app is so sub par compared to the marketing and does not live up to the hype at all. I asked for a refund within 24 hours and was refused. Did not expect that from a company owned by Grace Beverley as TALA is quality and has great service, but I’ve been completely robbed of £40 for an app that looks like it was last updated ten years ago and does not have the functionality that they advertise (i wanted to use it for short workouts as she’s advertised on instagram but all programmes are 40-50 minimum). complete scam
Misleading claims about the costs of Shreddy subcription
Incredibly frustrating experience. This year, I have had a Shreddy subscription for a year, with which I was pleased and wished to continue. As such, I set out to renew my subscription during the period when Shreddy had a discount of 40%, which I enjoyed for my first year of subscription. Yet, I was unable to benefit from that discount this year. After having spoken to Shreddy through its social media, I was told that I would have to create a separate account with a new email in order to benefit from the sale. In effect, I would therefore have to create a new account every year going forward if I want the discount to apply when renewing my subscription. Obviously, this is an unfeasible approach in the long run as (i) I would have to create a vast amount of email accounts for the sole purpose of renewing the Shreddy subscription and (ii) I lose all progress with respect to my workouts that I have saved in the Shreddy app each year.
During their last campaign, I saw Shreddy consistently claiming that their subscription was affordable – and even cheap – for only £4 per month, which I paid this last year (when I was billed £43.99 – a great deal). However, I believe it is quite misleading to refrain from disclaiming that this offer only applies to first-time subscribers and that after having subscribed for a year, your _automatic_ renewal will be charged at the full rate, the cheapest of which is currently 1.150 NOK, i.e. roughly £86.
Obviously, there is quite a difference between how much first-time subscribers pay compared to those wishing to renew their subscriptions. Quite frankly, I find it disappointing that Shreddy charges existing subscribers wanting to continue to subscribe (and purchase Shreddy's services in the foreseeable future) at the full rate. Although I was otherwise incredibly happy with Shreddy's services and am sad to let it go, it becomes too expensive having to pay more than 1.000 NOK each year for the app together with gym memberships.

Workouts on the app are repetitive and unchallenging, I was excited to get the app but I deleted it after two weeks despite paying for a year as I was already sick of the repetitive workouts.

If I could give less than one star I would.
I ordered the shreddy daily dose, protein shake and the protein shaker for my girlfriends birthday and was shocked that the item turned up damaged from the factory and the response I had from support was less than helpful.
When the shaker arrived it had chips out of the paintwork and lettering so I emailed support to see if they could send a replacement and they said that 'the core functionality wasn't effected so they would only rerurn a 10% discount (£1.50)'.
So the message here being you could order something really nice and it could turn up completely batterred, busted and different to what you ordered but so long as it works it doesn't matter to them.
As a rule I only ever buy from companies that care for there customers so the regular purchases of shakes and drinks will stop, for the sake of a quick replacement you have lost a customer for life. I also regularly buy from Tala for my girlfriend which will also stop now aswell and I will take my business elsewhere.
Do not buy from here if you value customer support as you won't get it.
Good for gym girlies, but not more
Generally a good app if you're new to the gym or only focusing on lighter workouts. I play football and wanted to use this on the side but unfortunately all the workout plans are so heavily lower body based that I could not get it to work for me. Additionally, they rely on very basic exercises, again especially for upper body I felt like the workout did not really exhaust me. Plus the app frequently glitches and crashes.
Really poor customer support
I ordered the daily dose and sadly the packet came faulty. The customer service started off excellent and they arranged a replacement immediately. However, it’s now been over two weeks since I first ordered and the customer support team won’t get back to me. I’ve asked for a refund in lieu, but they’ve just sent me the tracking link. It’s great that they’ve sent it, but it hasn’t arrived, so I would have thought that I’d get a refund.
Additionally, customer services are no longer responsive. I’ve sent them multiple emails asking for an update and not heard anything. I am extremely disappointed
