Do not shop here. The return policy is hidden. They refuse to tag non-retrunable items in the inventory nor will they alert you at the online checkout. Buyer beware. You will be stuck with your purchase, satisfied or not.

I like the ease of working thru shopping for my business needs and a quick check out.

Terrible customer support. I ordered some items and then attempted to cancel the order in numbers ways, three days before the items shipped, yet they were still delivered. Then when I tried to return them, they wanted to to charge me 25% restocking fee and return shipping! The error was due to limitation in their order processing and customer support. I even spoke to a supervisor. Waste of time and money.

Delivery Charge is too expensive. Also charge extra to deliver Heavy Items inside.

I ordered 3 cases. 1 case was loose reams inside 2 separate boxes and loose packaging.
Driver didn't ring bell so we could tell them where to put so they put in receptionist ares.

I placed an order on 2/18 and THEY canceled it and said a credit was issued. That was a lie, I had to dispute the charge. Then on February 20th, because I really wanted what I ordered I tried to place the order again but nothing happened on the website, so I tried another time and nothing happened (no confirmation, no email, NOTHING). But when I checked my credit card there were 3 charges for the same item. So again because of either a bad website or shady company practices, I had to dispute 2 more charges on my credit card. I looked at the website and see the charges and notes that say "credit issued". I sent 4 emails to them asking what was happening with my order and credit card charges. It has been 10 days and I've heard NOTHING from them. Luckily, I have a credit card company that stands by me and won't hold me accountable for the bad business practices of this company. There are a total of FOUR charges for the same thing on my credit card. This company is SHADY, SHADY, SHADY. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. In fact, AVOID them until they get things fixed. I've tried calling them and no one answers. This is HORRIBLE. It's too bad because they advertise good prices. But don't deliver good service.

This is the 2nd time we have purchased specialty/perforated paper from this online vendor. Upfront about pricing and discounts, and fast shipping! Site is easy to use, and check-out was a breeze. Appreciated the fast & free shipping, too - especially for a heavy item like multiple cartons of paper! The delivery driver was even friendly and remembered me!

When I requested a quote from the company and sent back the PO, after weeks of waiting on my items to arrive, I reached out to them. First, I was told that they didn't have my order. Then told that it's with the "net 30" department [accounting], then I was told that there's a hold up in shipping. Finally, after weeks of them being unable to keep a story straight, I decided to call them every day. Finally, they sent it, and subsequently, left 6 items off. When I contacted them, they initially acted as if they cared. Now they don't even bother to respond. SHADY, SHADY, SHADY company!!!

I ordered an adjustable desk from Shoplet. It arrived the next day, and was exactly as described on their web page.

Shoplet is very difficult to work with, when trying to set up TAX EXEMPT for RESALE business account. Not only on today's transaction, but previously, when Shoplet said they'd properly refund the sales tax, but we have yet to see any action on their part, even though we submitted the proper paperwork.

There is no origination on the part of this company as to where your order stands. I placed an order on-line then made 2 follow up calls and spoke to a live person re: status of order. I was told order was received but that no tracking was available as order was still processing and to check in a few days and as well that I'd get an e-mail. I went onto their website and made an account thinking I could get updates this way, no luck. I called a 2nd time as I received no e-mail, was told that their warehouse had been contacted for tracking information but there was no response yet. I asked for a refund, was told it couldn't be done as order was already processed. The order then showed up 2 days later. Very frustrating order process with no communication.

Stay away from this website!!!!!!!!

Shoplet has a no cancellations policy. So once you order, they have a 30% restock fee even if they haven’t shipped or if it’s within minutes of ordering from the website. At a 30% restock fee, a shopper will be better served by shipping from a better store. I found my product at more than half price at another store.

The case of paper I ordered arrived damaged. It was not properly packaged in shrink wrap to survive UPS shipping from the other side of the country. Very stupid, when I called customer service it was in the Philippines and they were not terribly helpful or understanding. As I spoke to the person there was a rooster crowing in the background throughout the entire call. No I’m not kidding. Sometimes you need to speak to US based customer service and when that’s not possible it’s very difficult to solve your problem.

Found exactly what I was looking for my business. We have been using the same type of schedule book for over 40 yrs. This is the first time ordering from this company so hopefully all will be fine.

This company is a scam. Offer items at cheap price then they don't deliver and take your money. Keep checking and they say item was delivered but wasn't.
Thankful I did finally get a refund.
