Ordered an item on Sunday
Ordered an item on Sunday. I received no confirmation. Today I checked with PayPal and was told the the funds were captured by Shoplet. I contacted Shoplet four times and was told they have no record but still took the funds. No one has helped, in fact after being on hold for lengthy periods I was disconnected. Not sure if this company is legitimate. Can’t speak to anyone.

Great fragrance, but very poor packing
I am pleased with the fragrance of choice. However, when the box arrived, the cans were poorly packed with very little packing material. Most of the cans arrived with the can tops and spray nozzle caps off of them and 4 out of the 12 cans had broken stems so the spray cap and cans are useless. So, out of 12 cans, I can only use 8. I had to throw away 4 cans.

Description DIX13882-8PACK but got a 1 pack
the description was DIX13882-8PACK. what I received was a single (1) pack of DIX13882. The price looked too good to be true so guessing it was some sort of mistake in the description, as the shipping bag would not even hold 8 packs of DIX13882. But bottom like, not as described so starting refund request.

Terrible Customer Service
Ordered dividers for an entire school year (8 sets). #4 of a set that had 5 dividers and #4 of a set with 8 dividers. However, was given #8 of ONLY the 5 count dividers. The packaging looks almost exactly alike, which is probably why the error was made on their end.
I packed the supplies away until the end of the school term and didn't realize until 3 months later that they were not correct. I agree I should have noticed earlier, but THEY should have noticed when sending them - obviously it is an easy mistake to make as they made it FIRST. I simply wanted them exchanged or returned. They said there was nothing they could do to help me. FYI I have since found all the products I purchased from them on AMAZON about 20% cheaper and with prime same or next day delivery, and amazingly enough I have NEVER had an issue with exchanges/refunds on Amazon. TERRIBLE customer service especially for a very SIMPLE fix.
