Working at shoplet suck. They promised us that they will fix the issue on the delayed pay last 3 years ako but still the problems gets worse and worse. You have been working for only $2 per hour but the we are forced to endure tons of work. If you are a customer, dont expect a 100% satisfaction from the customer service, the CEO never valued their employee.

better off with a standard office supply oldskool store but you need to be a business and have credentials for good discounts + buy quantity prolly the best route than shopping apps price comparison there seems to be a hidden fee then its all hell to reverse the transaction get credit back to your card in a timely fashion can take a week you cant buy anything more until them happens with klarna and amazon more frequently than I like so watch it before you cancel an order it ties up your money on amazon bezons drone and waymo no human delivery platform run by #ai alexa btw today as I type. buyer beware

BEWARE! They say items can be returned. I purchased the wrong item and now they say it can't be returned.

Checkout was a nightmare! Would not store my info and address info correctly, pushed me to go thru Amazon checkout after all that BS.

Customer service is terrible. Trying to return an item they sent to me wrong and i contacted customer support. Then we went on, I would say 7 emails back and forth, every email response from them was a different team member asking for the same thing, pictures of the product. I sent pictures like 4 times. It's ridiculous.

I dont like to spend time on a forced servey

I signed up for an account but had to order as a guest because the site refused to let me enter my billing address,.,.,,.it kept disappearing. When i idd it as a guest it allowed me to make my billing address the same as the credit card submission. I called shoplift 800 number and it was closed on Sunday so the only way i could get my order was to order as a guest.....bummed.

I thank Shoplet for giving me the opportunity to hone my skills, but this is not it. There are better companies that give value to you than this. There are no benefits or anything in this company. It has always been full of false promises and it's severely unmotivating. I think they need to improve their management and benefits for the employees.

Also, for whatever reason the Manager and the other Team Lead kept recruiting their siblings in this company. It's so strange. It's like they're trying to takeover or something. Sometimes, there are also ghost members in this company, to which they literally get paid by doing nothing while the others are suffering with their jobs. Isn't that unfair? What kind of company is this? There's literally favoritism going on behind the scenes that the Client doesn't know.

Plus, the Overtime. Sometimes they ask you for overtime but without pay. The defeats the purpose of overtime, isn't it? Everything about this company is unfair and they should correct it. They should also specifically look into the manager and the other Team Lead as well. They work properly, but they have the worst intentions in this company.

The sander would probably be great if I could actually recieve it. Shoplet gave me horrible customer service from and Asian customer/ supervisor representative who actually hung the phone up on me. They give you false tracking info and cannot even get in touch with their shipping department. Do not buy fron shoplet. Was quoted 6-10 days shipping and at day nine still no current real tracking number. Stay away.. Fraud alert.

I called them directly for assistance on their website products. I believe they field calls off shore, in Asia, somewhere. The customer service representatives, both female, were not that friendly. They could only respond if I had a stock number. Their website product link: Show Full Product Information, goes nowhere. I wanted more information on one item. They had to request that the "warehouse research and get back to me". WHAT?

I put over a $120 in my shopping cart, and then realized this has to be a shady business. I looked them up on TrustPilot.com, and here they are listed with more negative than positive reviews.

Boy, I dodged a big bullet! Stick with Amazon, Staples, or Walmart.

Got a 10% coupon as a new customer. Picked out some items, but could not use the coupon because the prices were too good? Don't offer a coupon and then tell me I can't use it. That brings on feelings of loss aversion, which are much stronger than the positive feelings from getting a good deal. You threw away an opportunity to create a happy new customer experience by saving $5 on the sale.

Ordered a metal desk from Shoplet on Amazon and arrived heavily damaged and late. Didn’t see it until the box and plastic were removed. Tried to contact them immediately got no response after two days. I even googled their business to try to get a customer service number to call. Had to contact Amazon who gave them 48 hours to get it resolved and my money refunded- which, hasn’t happened yet after almost two weeks. They keep giving excuses for why they can’t give me my money back. I’ve called Amazon 3x - last time today and even though the company literally put in writing once they picked up the desk I would be refunded my purchase price of $608 (half my income for the entire month) they would not honor that statement and keep making up excuses why they won’t give me my money back. They literally sent me a message today telling me to give them the bill of lading and tell them who the company was that picked up the desk for return - WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES WHO MADE THE ARRANGMENTS!!! They lost it!
Needless to say, Amazon gave them 48 hours initially to get it picked up and issue my refund. Then they gave them 48 more hours to give me my refund (by today) and if they didn’t (which they still have not) I am to call back again tomorrow (the 4th time) and they will file a claim against Shoplet and give my my refund and go after them … so be it.
I can’t get something else until I get the refund and they are messing with my ability to work from home and I am super super angry at this point.
I will never do business with them again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else do business with them either.
Take heed. Just don’t do it.

They cancelled my order #1680698501 saying it was out of stock when in fact they just raised the price and it's fully in stock, they just didn't wanna honor the sale price I paid .
Please be fair and honor my order for the price I paid

this item that is a total of 4 Bottles I received 2 bottles and they will not sent the other 2 and will not refund the 2 unless I send them back how can someone send a product back if they never got it as you can see I ordered 2 I guess they love steeling from consumers I will not order from them or tell friends about them I even got PayPal involved and they still will not give me my $42 96 back

I have tried ordering a woven hanging file basket from them twice through Amazon and I received the same wrong item twice and they refused to fix it.

I ordered 6 tubes of a special foot cream that is hard to get now, they sent 2 and tubes were 1/2 empty ! Called
them, was told I would get refund Did Not then they sent 4 more tubes 1/2 Empty, got ripped off Big Time!
They are Crooks and they do it in a Legal Way !

The instruction for the checkout is unfriendly. The agent is also unfriendly and I have to separate my sale items and regular price items in order to have a 5% discount and free shipping. This is kind of unheard of.
