worst experience dealing with this DME. I have dealt with multiple DME and this is the worst. The communication is horrible. I ordered my supple 5-08-24 and received them 5-31-24, without no notice from Shoplet.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. Very sketchy and unreliable.

I placed an order on their website. After a week of waiting and no information about the order being processed or shipped, I called and cancelled the order. Was told by the agent that she would definitely cancel it with the warehouse. They shipped it anyway after more than 2 weeks and did not refund my money. I tried reaching their customer service department by phone, but kept getting either disconnected or the call was never answered. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company to seek a refund.

I was pleased with your website and the flexibility it offered.
I believe I made a mistake when I said yes to the offer of $20 free with my first order. After I checked the box I looked for an explanation of the promotion. I am very uncomfortable with vague nature of this offer.
Could you cancel my participation?

I received the Sanford markers that I ordered but the boxes were all torn apart and all the markers were loose inside package. I managed to tape back together
but does not look the best. Maybe you need to find a better way to package and ship.

Never got my order. have a dispute in the pay pal system. THIS COMPANY SUCKS

I would strongly advise anyone to NOT purchase anything from Shoplet or through Amazon with Shoplet as a third party. They were totally unwilling to help and refund our money (Church Preschool) for an order that was never received. They would not answer any questions or explain why they werent "able" to refund our money.

Horrible Experience and Terrible Customer Service. Company never delivered my product and never updated the site to show delivered. I called several times after I realized it still wasn’t just delayed, no email correspondence from company whatsoever, to agents giving me the runaround. I had an agent hang up on me even though I asked several times to speak to a supervisor before the call escalated and mind you I never cursed her. Everyone that answered did not speak or understand English well, they only read rules instead of listening to the problem and trying to resolve them. If this company pops up for you to use, cancel that order and find an alternative. They can’t show proof of delivery and when you do ask for hard evidence give you a bunch of lies. They also give you a policy that is only visible to them. I ordered from Walmart website so I sent everything over to Walmart and they refunded me because they also saw that the package was never delivered, but Shoplet wanted to keep my money of over $200. Lastly please read … THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS SCAMMING PEOPLE!!!!

80.431 was quoted a price of $110.47 on 4/10/2024 and todat I was charged a total of $130.08 for the same item. Why?

THE AGENT PROMISSED A FIRST TIME BUYER DISCOUNT OF 10% BUT WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER THEY SAID SORRY YOU DONT HAVE A DISSCOUNT CODE. I THINK THIS IS UNETHICAL BUSSINES PRACTICE.

so shoplet is a scam its says 20percent off first time buyers and 110 percent price match guarantee I was told I get neither with no explanation at all. Kristen r. is all I got from and email with no ext number to call her. I also called for a manager and I was told no one was available then they hung up on me when I told them it was illegal to false advertise not once but twice this operation is a total scam and I will be emailing the attorney general of New York and Florida where I live. they are the worst for a first time experience! no one should shop her again shame on you another example of fraud false advertising and greedy corporate America I hope this gets some ones attention until then don't buy from these people.

Customer service sucks. Had damaged items and they claim it takes 10-15 business days to get a reshipment, even though the original shipment took two days to ship and receive. They definitely don't care about trying to get things out in a timely manner, especially when I can't use the items I have until I receive the rest of the order. So frustrating!

Waited weeks for an item. Sent their support an email on Monday, and didn’t receive a reply back until Thursday saying they can’t cancel the order because they shipped it out that day. Had they cancelled the order Monday when I send the email request, it wouldn’t have been an issue. Their support is HORRIBLE.

They sent the wrong item. They want me to print a label, affix it to the package, drop it off at the store and I will wait to get my money back once they have received it. Garbage service. Certainly won't be using this again.
