My order was canceled with no notice to me. But I got a delivery notice that says it was delivered in Texas when it should have been Ohio. The woman who I spoke to was from india(go figure) and did not offer to make it right. Horrible customer service and will NOT order from again!!

The wrong color lamp was delivered 4 times after 4 attempts. We had to do 4 returns and eventually ordered from another source.

Should be 0 stars! Very dishonest company! They are asking me to contact the police and report it as theft when I never received the order. I ordered 8 file cabinets - order kept being delayed then suddenly they showed it as “delivered” with a person named Leo signing for it. We have no one by that name. They don’t care - will not refund my money or try to help me locate the order wherever it was delivered. I’m wondering if it was ever even shipped.

Second order, sent wrong. Called customer service and I was hung up on. Never again, buyer beware.

Just be careful I ordered directly from their website ... their" Out of country" order takers barely speak "English" I ordered 9PWF they translated to 9PWQR.... got only the "W" correct. I spelled out twice in words. I callled US and told them they price was wrong .. too cheap?? They said it was correct for the "wrong" item.., So they will take back "Their wrong order but I have to pay return shipping and they will deduct restocking fee. They didn't care that their "people" got it wrong!!!!

We cannot recommend Shoplet(.)com.

We ordered 4 items on 7-23-24.

The order processed on 7-23-24.

Scheduled delivery via UPS was Thursday, July 25 for each item.

When the items did not arrive, I checked UPS tracking for each of the 4 items (different numbers) and found the following:
"UPS doesn’t have possession of the package yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package."

I contacted Shoplet 4 times about my order over the next 12 days. Each time I received a run around.

On August 8, 2024, I asked for a refund.

On August 16, I asked for the refund status. More run around.

On August 28, I firmly demanded a refund. More run around.

On August 30, I turned it over to the credit card company to handle to get our refund.

As of this moment (09-01-24), 4 different tracking numbers state "UPS doesn’t have possession of the package yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package."

Beware of doing business with Shoplet.

Truly awful company. I purchased an item through Amazon. Ok, got the delivery date which was then delayed 4 times and significantly delayed the timing of my project. PLEASE save yourself from the aggravation and do not shop with this seller. You'll be sorry if you do. I'm fed up with businesses that provide horrible experiences like this.

I ordered what was supposed to be a case of 15 packs of 12 pens at 70%off. I received 1 pack of 12 pens. This was an order placed through Amazon. The return instructions say to let them (shoplet) know when I shop the item back. There is no where to do that. Now I wait for my money.

Absolute worst shipping company ever! I ordered separate items through amazon and they were never delivered! I kept receiving excuse after excuse from their customer service with absolutely no shipping information provided for when the carrier receives it. This business needs to shut down immediately!

I placed an order via Amazon for this company on July 26th. I keep receiving the delay with no reason. Trying to contact the company to get a refund. They refer me back to Amazon. Funny thing is we do not see when the package was shipped. There is absolutely no tracking information. This is not good for my first time shopping with this company. I'm pissed that $63 may be gone without a reason

1. My order was delivered to my billing address (home) and not my shipping address (work).

2. Order was delivered on 3 different days and times but all of it would have fit in a single box the same size as they delivered.

3. My home front door has a roof but the dumb as a rock delivery person left each box exposed to the rains we are having i.e. Boxes left next to the door would have had plenty of rain protection.

Poor Delivery Procedures

I placed an order which should have included 24 sets, I received 1 set in a box big enough for 24. Total scam!

Excellent service! Received all my orders in good time in other words arrived fairly quickly and all was packaged well. I must also say that customer service are always helpful if I have any questions. Lastly, I am happy with the products I had purchased and of course the price of the products. Thank You

The company website presented items which were for other printers when asked for a specific item. It offered 2 choices. I foolishly expected the website would not get it wrong. The company would not stand behind the website mistake and required 25% restock fee along with paying for return shipping. Not worth time or energy. Simply wont do business any longer with Shoplet.

Products are exactly as described. Great prices and excellent fast deliveries.

Price was good; arrived quickly. But the student planners weren't packed very well in the box. One had some bent pages; another one had bent corners.

Terrible company. 2/4 items came dirty and damaged. Never use this company again. No help from customer service. No ability to change or cancel order once submitted. Restocking fee for returns.
