The shipping and packing is horrible. There is a third party shipper which is a problem. My box must have broken before transit and it was taped when received. Delivered in the rain left on entry with no protection also shipper did not cover with plastic. Boxes of paper products are always exposed they should be shrink wrapped in the factory to eliminate issues as I have had. Now the company send me a return receipt that I have to affix on box and take to UPS. Then wait for a return credit and spend money on a second order.

Poor customer service, paid extra for a rush service to have the order processed that day and didn’t get an Order confirmation for several business days, can’t track their own product, late, and shorted us product that they will not give us a refund for.

I was told my item had shipped and my credit card was charged. The company couldn't provide any tracking info and said they would call me back. I asked them to cancel and refund ASAP. A refund was issued. They claim they don't charge until item is shipped. This is a total lie. This business practice appears to be a consistent theme.

A refund was issued (without any notice), because the item "wasn't in stock", but then I received a solicitation email for the same item, with the enticement that I could receive the package as early as tomorrow. The original item was either shipped or not in stock - can't have it both ways. This business runs like a scam.

My package wasn't packed well at all. My coffee cup box was broke open and pods were everywhere and several dented and probably unusable.
Package came quickly and the only reason I shopped here was to get a product I couldn't find anywhere else. Hard to say whether I will shop here again.

I have an existing order with another site that I'd used before, but after ordering with them on Feb 14th, they told us it would still be another 3 - 4 days until the item is shipped. Your site on the other hand was easy to use, didn't have dead links and will get me the order as fast as I could've done on Amazon (had this item been available there).

Shoplet has always been reliable and on time. Prices may sometimes be a little higher, but the coupons help compensate that and shipping is usually free. I come back to Shoplet time and time again!

We placed an order and received an email stating there was a "Payment Authorization Error," so we placed the order again. After receiving the same email, we placed the order a third time, only to discover we were charged three times. While they credited us twice, when we requested the third credit, they informed us the order had shipped and that we would have to pay a 25% restocking fee. BE CAREFUL! It’s no surprise they have such terrible reviews.

Lorell 3 Drawer 36” lateral file cabinet still not received and over a week late. The order was placed via Amazon and via Amazon’s communications with Shoplet we have received different stories as to the delay and when it will be received. As I write this I am on with Shoplet Customer Service - over 67 minutes now. I am waiting to speak with a supervisor. The worse part is I could buy it from Shoplet direct for considerably less. They are not willing to give me a discount stating they do not price match. Shoplet would rather I return the product, IF it comes, then give the price difference. The shipping and return would be at their expense. Shoplet is the Amazon representative delivering this product.

Well, no supervisor after this long wait. I hope someone from Shoplet calls me.

I've ordered 12 pcs of the product and only received one. asking them to refund the amount of 11 or send it to solve this issue, but either didn't work with them.
They are saying, not able to process the request.

Did not receive my Desk calendars yet I was charged for them.

I bought 5 letter openers. They were supposed to have serrated blades. Well they barely have any depth to them and instead of slicing through the envelope, they shred it.

This is a defective product.

Then when I looked into getting my money back I was supposed to have the original packaging among other things.

I don't keep that kind of trash in my home.

I've filed a complaint with Pay Pal.

It is impossible to get customer service to respond to you. If you are lucky enough to get a response, they won't help you.

I ordered product labels through Amazon. My most recent order came in a soft bubble pack and the labels are bent and wrinkled. Amazon agreed to accept return and order to replace. However, the following day I received an email that the Seller, Shoplet, cancelled the order.

You guys are FANTASTIC! I ordered Monday evening and it gets to me by 2PM on Wednesday! Who does that except someone who wants my repeat business!
