I was shorted an item and I have called at least 5 times and I'm not getting any results. I keep getting the Warehouse has to check on this or the Warehouse has filed a complaint with the shipping company.
Not very happy!
I have ordered a lot of things from you and I feel this should have never taken this long to resolve. Still not resolved.

The order was purchased for a business. We had to close for an emergency and there was a sign on the door stating so. The delivery person left the item outside in the parking lot for anyone to take. If the business is closed, delivery should have been attempted the next business day which is standard procedure with UPS or FedEx. I did not purchase from Amazon so it should not have been delivered by Amazon.

placed an order supposed to be delivered 10/22 and they didn't include the bill of ladel to the freight comapny and now my items are stuck in a warehouse and they won't deliver. nobody seems to care i've called everyday trying to get someone at shoplet to give the freight co what they need.

Making a purchase is very simple and easy. The price is very economical.

I am not going to use Shoplet anymore. I ordered 3 boxes of Folders (12 to a box) and received 3 Folders. It was shipped from Amazon. It has taken weeks to resolve this. They made me take a picture of what I received and sent me a label to return. Now I need to wait until they receive it before they process my refund of almost $70. This is unbelievable. Very unhappy.

Never received Item. No reply when contacting them. Amazon said I can request a Refund. Obviously it's lost since on tracking it has not moved in days. No reply from seller, No way to request a Refund on Amazon. I had to go to my Bank and now they need to do the work and investigate it. This is Ridiculous! This seller should not be selling anything on Amazon after I just read all the complaints.

I ordered 5 gallons of soap and only received 1 gallon by itself even though it says delivered? Help please

Received my boxes in atrocious condition! The one large box of 96 rolls of toilet paper wasn't even barely sealed. The top closure flaps didn't even meet, leaving a 5 inch gap opening for the rolls to fall out! What's more atrocious is the fact that you can ONLY Request a return/exchange via email, having to WAIT for them to reply. Everything I stated here, was written in my return request, yet these horrific non-customer service agents email me today asking the REASON FOR THE RETURN!!!!!

10% off code didn’t work. Website shows it. Probably will buy elsewhere next time.

Shoplet accepted my order and then two days later emailed me saying it was not available and my order was cancelled. The problem is they relisted the item with a much higher price. They do not honor their prices even after accepting orders.

I never received my item after waiting 2 weeks for it to come in I called them and was told it would take 5 to 7 business days to get my money back.

Wow. What great service! Ordered and delivered the next day. I have always shopped at Shoplet and I will continue to do so. Thank you!

I ordered 96 units and paid for shipping for them. I received only 2 units which should have cost only a few dollars to ship. The two units I received have the meter only and not the test strips, lance, and lancets as pictured. This has happened to me with Shoplet multiple times and when I request a refund or fulfillment I never get a response. Shoplet is a scam!

Ordered 5 DVD blanks but only received two and one of them was open. Not sure how that can happen. Very sloppy. Called customer service. Awaiting resolution.

Easy to find the product I wanted. The price was right and the delivery time was perfect.
There website is easy to use.

I ordered a large file cabinet. I asked multiple times through email to supply me with a tracking number so I could make sure I was present when it was delivered. I never got a response. And then it showed up to my place while I wasn’t there. So it wasn’t delivered and was returned to the shipping warehouse 100 miles away. I had to make arrangements with the shipping company to try again. We finally made it happen without any help from Shoplet. I still have never received an email from Shoplet. I’m not sure what’s so hard about responding to an email or supplying me with a tracking number like they said they would when it was ordered.
Update: I received an email 3 weeks after the fact asking if I needed any help…. wow.
