Usyally great abd 0 issues. Only ever had one bad experience where I returned a £350 item with the return label provided. It's now the 3rd of January and after 4 phone calls, they're still unable to return my item and refuse to issue a refund or find out where it is. So I will be putting in a credit card claim or PayPal claim as I've fulfilled my obligations and the fact shopdisney uk has 0 desire to do anything constructive is really starting to tick me off. They seem to waste no time in taking money but if its returning it they try snd avoid every single thing they can do. However the issue was eventually resolved.

Why use Evri ??? Worse courier service as far as I'm concerned. Disney Store customer service is fine & refunded me for the 'lost' parcel but that's not the point.

Order of issues as they happened:
Bought the item and the stores page kept refreshing, which then duplicated my house number without me noticing.
I then don't get my package for almost a month so I email support, no answer.
I try their chat, get disconnected 3 times. Over 2 hours wasted.
Finally get through to support, send them the new address. Evri lost my package.
They send a replacement out and also refund the now out of stock items.
Now, today, after 2 months. I get an email saying it had arrived. Guess what? They didn't update the address. It sent to one of my neighbours.

2 months for 3(now 2) tshirts and a (now out of stock) pair of joggers.

Quick delivery in time for Christmas. Product arrived safely packaged and intact, especially as some items were very sensitive. Great quality and overall the best place to buy from. In a world of counterfeits and shady websites, when in doubt always go to the original, and Disney is no exception. Thanks for making the perfect Christmas gift and a happy memory for my daughter

I really want to give shopdisney more stars as I'm a Disney fan and love the stuff they sell.

However, once you put your order in, it's always a gamble as to whether you get it. Reason why....they use Evri as their delivery 'partner'.

I have recently fallen foul of shopdisney's partnership with the worst delivery company in the UK when Evri marked my packege as 'delivered', but I never received it.

Now I'm fighting to either get my money back or even better have replaments sent out.

I really want to continue been a shopdisney customer, but until they change their delivery partner I'll think twice.

Ordered my nephews matching Toy Story toys for Xmas mid November. When one of them came it was damaged, was asked to sent it back and Disney would send me a replacement. They said they would keep my item on hold for me until the damaged one arrived in their warehouse. Toy got lost with EVRI as they are useless, later got an email saying they were out of stock of my item now. This was 20th December. I now have to wait on a refund and try buy an item for my nephew with not long until Xmas left. All they have offered me is a “code for free delivery” after selling an item I have technically paid for and have on hold! It’s unacceptable when I told them I didn’t think this was a suitable gesture they have just flat out ignored me. AVOID, can get most Disney stuff on Amazon with Amazon prime anyway.

Ordered gifts on the 17th december, arrived today 21st December, impressed!. Packed very well and thoughtfully. Arrived prior to expected delivery date with Evri. Contacted disney store to ask whether likely to arrive before xmas and had a prompt response from customer services. Many thanks, excellent service :)

Placed an order 7th December using 02 priority discount code, order accepted fine. On 14th December received an email to say my was being cancelled and the offer withdrawn, but I could reorder without a discount. Absolute disgrace, why was the order accepted in the first place? Obviously, as others have said, cannot get in touch with anyone. Atrocious customer service

I put an order in on 1/12/2022 for 2 soft toys for my autistic children, it was advertised as dispatched on 3/12/2022, delivery no later than the 8/12,this date has come and gone, now nobody will reply by email, the delivery company (evri) haven't recieved it and told me to speak to customer services at disney, again an email with no reply, even complaints email at disney is reverting to the email I have tried several times. I have always purchased from Disney at Christmas, now I'm beginning to think this is a mistake!

UPDATE: Customer services, have sorted a replacement, and has sent express delivery at their expense, also refunded my original postage, thankyou disney 😁

I would give 0 stars if I could.... they do not reply to emails about the items you bought not being delivered a week after they were supposed to I have no idea where my order is and am currently out of pocket and you cannot get in touch with them just don't even bother con artists

Much like other recent reviews, I've had absolutely disgusting service from ShopDisney. Evri lost my order that was meant to be delivered 9 days ago and they refuse to send me a replacement. I've spent hours on hold only to keep getting unhelpful customer service that just fobbed me off and tried to get rid of me. I feel like the online chat agent just says whatever they think will get you to go away (e.g. someone from head office will contact you tomorrow, which so far has not happened) and make it someone else's problem when you inevitably have to contact them again later. I think I'm almost certainly going to have to give up on ever getting what I ordered and dispute the charge with my credit card company to get the money back.

At least when they had physical stores you could go in and buy the items in person. You'd think moving to online only sales they would improve their website and service with the money they are saving on rent/rates/employees and perhaps use a courier who isnt known to be just about the worst in the UK. A really poor reflection of the whole Disney brand.

If I could leave zero stars I would have! Awful customer service, still waiting on an order which has miraculously gone missing….like the majority of customers orders! I have logged a complaint with resolver.

I made a purchase with of over £50 & was offered a free gift so I chose one. I didn’t notice but it charged me for the free item. Luckily I had screen shot the free item it had offered and contacted customer services for a refund.

This is when the problem started. The first adviser told me - the item wasn’t included in the promotion….ok so why did it say it was a free item an image of the item and the name matched? So I said why would it offer me it as a free item if it wasn’t one? I then lost connection due to the terrible chat service. Had to start all over again as they don’t have history of the chats. Explained again & explained I didn’t really have time for this as I’d lost a baby this year. They then ignored that i’d said that, didn’t even offer their condolences. I explained again, that the item had been offered for free and so I added it to my basket and I attached a screen shot again as proof. This time he emailed me saying, I had bought it today the 3rd so they couldn’t issue me with it as the item had ended. To which I then screen shot the picture of my order which stated the 2nd. He then said well it was late on the 2nd so basically the 3rd so sorry but no refund for the item. I explained that if my child was born on the 2nd at 11.45pm they wouldn’t say he’s been born on the 3rd. By this point I asked to speak to a manager they said 48 hours and yes you’ve guess it still waiting…..

So disappointed the customer service used to be so good! Not sure why they have tried to get out of something that should be so simple? I was offered it for free they should have honoured it me.

So now I’ve paid £21 for the free item and I very much doubt I’ll hear from them again or if I do, it will be another excuse.

I won’t trust them again. So sad.

Absolutely terrible company. Placed an order on December 1st. All order went through, payment taken and order number emailed. Then receive email 3 days later to say one of my items is out of stock and I won’t be getting it. How can they sell it and take payment and then 3 days later decide that it’s out of stock? Why does their website not have in stock items only. Why sell it if they have no intention of delivering it? I don’t know any other company that does this. AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS.

My order is late and reading the reviews am scared that I might not receive it I did contact their customer services on Friday so waiting for a reply .... no one even contacted me to say my order will be delayed never ordering from Disney online again never !

Update : my order did arrive on the Sunday, 1-2 days later which isn't bad I was expecting it not to come at all after reading the reviews

Atrocious customer service. When something goes wrong which is often who are you supposed to contact? Their customer service is the worst on the planet. Parcels go missing and if you’re lucky to receive your order it will only be part of it. They apparently escalate to head office and assure you they will get back to you within 48 hours. You have to ring them or use the chat every singe day for weeks and they still refuse to refund or replace the items. Usually by that time everything sells out anyway. You don’t ever get a response from them. They want you to give up but no way will i let them steal hundreds of pounds when they’re worth billions!

Still waiting for my refund and no response from customer service! Please be aware that you have to contact Disney constantly if you want a refund. Appalling shop!

Placed a simple order. Never arrived, went missing with Evri. Was told I’d get a replacement order in 2 days. Never received a tracking and needless to say a week later I was told it has gone missing with Evri again What has happened to Disney? No choice but to buy from their online store now after shutting all their shops and nothing ever arrives.

Ordered several gifts, the parcel went missing with courier, after 3 weeks of chasing and speaking to various customer service who kept telling me I had to wait and it would be dealt with they finally agreed the parcel was lost and the items were now out of stock so all I could have was a refund which I will receive in 7 working days!! Awful service

Couldn’t fault customer service was fantastic. Order Christmas gifts for my little girl when the package arrive it was open and smashed to bits and the driver laughed at me. I noticed the princess dress was missing I was gutted as I new this would make her day on Christmas. I message Disney and the customer service I received was fantastic offered a refund
Or replacement straight away with express delivery. Never had a problem
What so ever thank you so much! Saved me buying another one and losing out on money especially while on may leave!
