Ordered a week ago. Evri were meant to deliver on Saturday, apparently it got “delayed”. Monday, still no change to the tracking message, so went on live chat to Disney and asked for a replacement sent via DHL. She agreed that the order is obviously lost and ordered a replacement. She’s sent it with Evri…
I won’t shop with Disney again as long as they are using that abysmal courier, where you can’t even speak to a human!!!
Shocking
Shocking. Keep changing delivery dates. I have very disappointed children. Don’t order from here!! It is not worth the stress.
Complete rubbish
Complete rubbish! Apparently it's not just the US that loses our merch. I purchased pins in the UK and they lost them there too! They can't be replaced at the same price I purchased them. I refuse to pay a reseller. I truly believe the carriers are stealing the packages and items. I read several posts a day on social media of lost packages or ones that are torn open with the items missing that can't be replaced!
My friend was going to bring them with her to save me international shipping. Way to go Disney store

I ordered some Christmas presents which did not arrive due to EVRI! Not delivering my parcel and taking a photo of someone else's parcel not at my address!
However I contacted Disney and I could not be more happy with the customer service and reply time! Brilliant service!

My order was due to arrive last Wednesday and still has not been delivered. Evri’s tracking shows the parcel has been lost. This is now the second time one of my Disney Store orders has gone missing with Evri.
I have been trying to chase this up, but today alone my calls were disconnected three times, making it impossible to get any support. Yesterday I was told to call back today, yet I’m still unable to speak to anyone who can help. I wish I would have read the reviews, I would have never ordered!!!
No mention of Christmas
Ordered the special edition Snow White doll... Instead of printing Christmas 2025 on the presentation box...

Trash pour trash
Ive been waiting for someone to contact me for the last 5 months and nothing so ive had to take things one extra step be emailing the current ceo Robert, but still to nothing, im shocked that this is how it treats it's customers and if I could give a -star rating i would, so this is a warning to customer be reserved when ordering from this company there is a plethora of issues but they think that's ok, it's not how a business should be ran, and I'm ashamed of shopdisney for what they do.
They will not refund me my returns
They will not refund me my returns, as not seen in the warehouse. Never buy from them again. Tracy basically called me a liar and effectively cause trouble with my mental health

Disney store UK allowed me to order a mouse droid for delivery to a local post office. Unbeknown to me they sent an email which went to spam cancelling the order as they apparently cannot send to a post office.
I only noticed when the money was refunded and when I queried it with DSUK the spam email came to light.
I asked to resubmit the order but they won't do it. So im out a special birthday present and cant reorder as they are sold out.
Absolutely useless customer service and condescending as hell.
Missing items / bad customer service
Ordered a mug during a recent release. At the time of ordering I took up a promotion to buy a second one to secure a free gift. From there on Shop Disney failed at every turn.
When the order eventually arrived, Shop Disney saw it fit to post ceramics in a plastic postal bag. By some miracle they were not broken.
Secondly and most importantly the gift item was missing (no sign of tampering). According to the delivery invoice it should have been in there. No email was received prior to delivery to advise it would be absent.
I phoned ShopDisney to address the situation. We confirmed it should have been there and I saw no evidence of tamper. I was told by the agent (who was pleasant enough) that the item was now out of stock.
The compensation offered was worse than the failure to deliver. As an apology for not fulfilling our contract (sale) I could have free standard delivery. So I would have to spend more money for a slow delivery service that wouldn’t necessarily guarantee my item would show up safely or at all! I asked for escalation of the complaint but was refused.
I only ordered two mugs for the purposes of the promotion. I would return the other one but I know from previous experience how difficult it is to get a refund using their “rebound” portal (it’s truly an awful process you have to micro manage to get your money back).
It’s been a while since that last experience so when I made this latest order I truly hoped they’d got better. Alas every facet of the ‘Mouse House’ is in decline. I’d have to be pretty desperate to order from Shop Disney in future. It’s 1 out 5 because I can’t give a zero.
Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service, if i could put zero stars, I would be putting that. They don't even deserve 1 star. There website is horrendous, so hard to get pins that are released because bots get them all. They send out products that are faulty or of low quality. They can't even package orders properly, sending the out missing items or items that aren't even your order. They then also use a shocking delivery service, who either looses your parcel or brings it all bashed 😡
Mental health abusers
Staff refusing to listen or seen what has been given in an email. Refusing to sort out issues, and all this has set off my O.C.D stress and anxiety to the point I'm not eating. Be careful people when putting your trust in shopdisney.co.uk
They don't take you seriously as a customer, and the customer service is 1 of 3 companies within the UK i have seen that have really terrible customer service skills. No I'm not going to name the other 2, because it's not about them.

Poor quality items
Poor quality items. Got the Disney rise of red bag as a Christmas gift for my daughter, the handle broke after first use and Disney refuse to do anything because it was bought in October.

Poor merchandise quality
On a visit to Disney World I purchased a Gaurdians of the Galaxy mug, not cheap, $20.
In less than 6 months the decals have mostly peeled off because the paint work is not under the glaze as per normal mugs.
Disney are refusing a refund stating I should have returned it within 30 days as per their policy.
So Disney are saying they only have to guarantee their merchandise for 30 days. I won't purchase anything else from now on.

If I had a zero it would be. I ordered an expensive lego set which arrived damaged due to poor packaging. It is over a month later and I still haven't received a refund despite them sending me an email with tracking saying the item had been received. They keep on asking me to send proof of posting! It keeps on being sent to the 'magical' head office who don't get back to me. I'm never, ever using Disney again. For a big company it's processes are appalling.
I miss the shops!
Ordered last Tuesday. Predicted delivery date yesterday. Tracking as parcel still not received by Evri which means it’s at least another 2 days away. Poor!
I miss the physical high street store! Why did a company like Disney make the decision to close the majority of their shops and go online only? It’s not as if they’re hard up!

Broken when arrived
I bought two identical
Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse Festive Fantasyland Castle countdown to Christmas. One was fine the other had three broken parts. These were for two separate families for children 2,3,4 and 5. Why are these not checked before sending out? We stuck the broken parts as it would have caused too much upset taking the present away and the time taken to send back and get a replacement would have removed the count down to Christmas for one family. I like the item but wouldn't buy a breakable item from the Disney store online. If in the shop get them to open the box and inspect it.
Don’t waste your time
Won’t be ordering again, made an order and paid extra for next day delivery. They still hadn’t even shipped it after 2 days and then refunded me randomly for one because it became out of stock even though I had ordered it before hand. And customer service is terrible, they’re rubbish.
Disney does not honour its offers
Bought products on the site and noticed an offer of a free Stitch or Angel plush for spending over £75 I built up my basket to go over the £75 as stated and selected a free Angel plush. After a few days I got the dispatch confirmation, 2 emails as the items were packed in two boxes, but no mention of the plush. I waited until delivery in case it was in one of the boxes, it wasn't, I then checked my account and it showed cancelled, I then contacted the chat function on Disney Stores website, after much conversation it came down to me being offered a free delivery code... I was stunned, so in exchange for a nearly £30 item free delivery was offered, I argued my point but was told that it was all that could be offered, I then sent an email outlining my displeasure only to receive the same again, and a refund for the free item that was cancelled! How generous! To think a company the size of Disney cannot honour its own offers is just incredible, I'll think twice in future about where I spend my money.
