I’ve been using it for weeks now, and it still works like a charm.

Impossible to clean properly, the sliding lid won't come off and gets junked up until it just jambs. Seems like a stupid design, a pop-top or screw top like every other shaker would have worked fine.

There seems to be a trend with the current reviews, Bought my stainless steel shakesphere last year, its expensive and seemed to live up to the hype, until I accidently dropped it the lid slider broke and I had to buy a new one. However, the new lid doesn't fit and it seems that it will not fully seal now so leaks.

Reached our the customer support and warranty over 2.5 months ago and had no response. Its now become an expensive piece of recyling.

I would not recommend this product to anyone and go for a British company like FORME instead, so much better so far.

Hygiene is a bit poor as the product was dirty when I opened it, it definitely leaks more than average, accidentally dropped it on the floor after a few weeks and it dented it so not the most solid option, I can’t comment much on customer service because it seems like they don’t have any customer service that responds so that’s definitely on the very poor level as well

So I went and bought a medicine organiser from these lot. 1st thing I had to pay for shipping which I don’t mind. So the item arrives and it’s too big for me.

So I go to ask for a refund. Now I gotta pay for my own shipping back. So I paid shipping to and from. And I’m like ok maybe they’ll give refund for shipping.

So I ask them will I get the shipping refunded and they say (for receiving item) “Also we are unable to refund the shipping cost to you.” And (for sending item back) “The return expense has to be on you end. We do not provide return labels or refund the cost.”

Turns out I lost my shipping costs. So that’s £9 to return and receive this item. Like I don’t mind if they refunded the £5 from first shipping but not they don’t.

Don’t bother with this company, shop at trusted suppliers not with this sketchy family “business”, not like family thieves.

I fell for a glossy Instagram add and bought one of these- what a waste of money. Firstly it’s smaller than you think. My preferred protein powder suggests 600ml of water and three scoops. You’ll struggle to fit this in. Ok, it blends reasonably well. It’s easy not to screw the lid on so it can easily leak. The sliding mouthpiece cover is so stiff it’s really hard to open.
And washing it by just adding water and shaking? No chance!! You have to take it apart and wash it properly as powder works it way into the thread on the lid. And again, the mouthpiece cover is fiddly to clean. Avoid at all costs and stick with a cheapy shaker bottle with a mixing ball- much more effective and a fraction of the price

To be honest its not even very good and defiantly not worth the price plus I had an issue with the lid failing, it made the shaker unusable (leaked everywhere). I got in touch with them as it has warranty, they replied asking for photos and videos, i did all of this then they just ignored me, I chased them but nothing back.......Shocking customer service

Love mine - but emailed them to ask if the product was dishwasher proof - Nothing over a week now - take the money and run

The shakesphere ‘don't bother’ shakers feel good quality but you’d expect that for the hefty price tag. Bought 5 of them for my family as we are all big gym goers. Every single one leaks. Wife only used hers recently and it was the last hope it’d be any good. But leaks.
The seal inside comes loose all the time and they don’t tighten properly. Horrendous product to be so expensive and let down but a cheap bit of plastic. Find another PB free shaker for a fith of the price.

They didn’t shipped my item , steal of 90$ , very difficult to contact costumer support, I gave up, I do not recommend.

I am surprised to see so many negative reviews! I ordered the 1.8L Hydration Jug in black and it is perfect. I use it daily and the straw is still perfect, there are barely any scratches even though it comes everywhere with me, and it keeps my water cold all day.

Great idea! unfortunately poor product. The ShakeSphere does not work effectively to mix heavy protein powders (you have to belnd/share elsewhere) and maybe use it as a vessel to carry it ... (pointless). It does work for "clear" protein powders or VERY fine powdery products.

The "leakproof" design is debateable, the screw design does leak very slightly. The cap / slide rubber did work originally. However, after ~2weeks the seal failed and fell out. ShakeSphere customer service said they would send out a replacement slider, but the original part will not come from the cap so it is useless.

Somewhat an expensive for a shaker (£0) ... Save your money, buy a traditional one, would be my opinion.

Ordered off their website and still have not received after 2 months. They keep saying they will send a new one but nothing..

Should have read the reviews prior to purchasing! Saw these guys at the Arnold sports event at the NEC, my partner loved the idea of the portable mixer lid so I thought I’d purchase for a Christmas present.

The product arrived quickly however the packaging was absolutely disgusting, ripped, damaged and dusty! I emailed as I paid £75 for this product alone to get a short reply asking if the mixer was damaged. Not the point, supplying consumers with a ‘premium’ product in a battered box is not the way to boost your e-commerce site or business.

I asked if they could at least just send me a fresh box for me to put the mixer in as it’s a gift ‘sending a box is not convenient’. Also to be told they don’t have what I want in stock to exchange..so basically put up with what you have. The customer service levels are shocking.

I understand that this is a small business and it’s difficult however, invest in customer service and invest in quality packaging! It goes a long way. Treat customers with a little empathy and they maybe wouldn’t have to leave bad reviews.

Worst store ever - bought an item which started getting white marks all over it randomly after a couple of months. I complained after bearing with this a year later, and have had no response to any of my emails - I have sent 3 so far. This is a scam company!!!

It definitely keeps things cold or hot however it doesn’t in my experience break down the protein powder. I keep trying but it’s not successful for me

Biggest BS online purchase joke ever. Weeks later still no delivery status, emailed them; after they ask for your delivery order, never heard from them again.

After i reported them few days later they sent me a FAKE tracking order number. Once you click it sends you to some fake china unsecured website that exposes your IP address, and they try to DDOS or hack you. If you scroll their web below you can see last update of web was 2020 and not 2021

GUYS PLEASE BEWARE OF WEBSITES LIKE THIS DON'T GET YOURSELF IN A KNOT MESS.

Purchased 2 bottles from their website more than two weeks ago. When I chased for the items to be shipped, I was told rudely that it's a holiday in factory. I'm still waiting.

STAY AWAY!! This is a scam!

This company took my money and has not delivered the product. They refuse to respond to me or provide a refund.
