Save your money. Avoid.
Thirty pounds for a bottle that cannot sit still, cannot seal properly, and cannot be drunk from without a fight. The Shake Sphere is, hand on heart, one of the most poorly considered products I have ever owned.
The base is absurdly small. In the gym, you cannot just put it down between sets. You have to place it like you are defusing a bomb, and even then it topples the second you turn your back. Set it on anything that is not a perfectly level surface and it is on the floor.
The lid is a joke. There is always a small gap somewhere, so it dribbles when it sits and sprays when you shake it. I have had protein on my hands, my bag, and my car seat. A bottle that leaks when you shake it, when shaking is literally half the point of the thing, is a failure of design at the most basic level.
The spout is no better. Drinking from it is awkward, clumsy, and ergonomic in no discernible way. Every detail feels like it was signed off by someone who had never actually used it.
How this made it to market, let alone how it gets marketed so aggressively, is beyond me.

I got this as a gift, the first shaker broke within a month I’d say as the plastic seal broke, I got another two on the warranty then decided to try the metal one which lasted longer but the lid snapped after a while. I have tried numerous times over the last six weeks to claim another under the warranty but my emails are getting ignored. Absolutely diabolical.

Aside from the shaker being miles better than any I’ve used before. After a fault occurred on the lid, they sorted out a replacement and arranged delivery within less than 5 hours after emailing. And my email was sent after 5pm on a Sunday!

Terrible design. The shaker's lid breaks very often. I purchased a new one, slightly better design but same problem. It doens't last more than a few months before it starts to break. As I'm writing here, the proteain spilled all over my bag, everything inside is wet, including the computer I'm writing this review on. Clearly, whoever sells this crap doesn't use the product.

Ordered one of the ones with the gel in-between the walls which is meant to go on the freezer. The slide mechanism broke on one side after only a few days. The rubber seal in the lid constantly falls out and doesn't seem to fit properly. Complete waste of money. My plastic shaker that I got for free which I bought this to replace works better than this.

I contacted Shakesphere customer service regarding an e blender lids which was faulty.
After trying their “fix it” advice this did not work. I emailed to let them know the results of my tests.
Via return ie within 2 hours they emailed me back saying they would send me a brand new e blender lids which, no excuses no discussion.
I am bowled over by their responses and solution.

Customer service is polite but lacks substance and genuine care.

I’ve placed two separate orders and had issues with both.

First order: One of the bottles arrived leaking. Although customer service initially offered some advice, nothing was actually done to resolve the problem. No follow-up, no replacement — nothing.

Second order: It never even arrived. They’ve simply passed the blame onto Evri, a courier well known for being unreliable and careless.
Shakesphere choosing to partner with Evri honestly feels like a match made in… I don’t even know where.

Overall, a terrible experience. I expected much better.

I bought this as they advertised tech that stops the bottle smelling after some time of use. Well, only after a few weeks the thing STINKS. Went online and filled out their warranty claim, no response. Emailed them directly, no response. Don't buy this product, terrible customer service.

The slide cap has a rubber seal on it. When cleaning the slide cap, you have to push it back and remove it. This causes the rubber seal to become dislodged which is impossible to put back by yourself. While the company were willing to send me a replacement there is a basic design flaw that makes the cap not waterproof, so it's functionally useless. They know this is a problem and are looking to fix it so until they do I would not buy one. Especially as they're not cheap.

I bought two shakers, one stainless steel large shaker and one clear plastic mini shaker. The pros are the shaker main body is a solid construction and my experience with mixing powders was positive (it mixes well). There is however a major design / manufacturing flaw; both shaker lids have split / cracked despite being carefully looked after, only hand washed etc. Most frustratingly, when submitting a warranty claim I have had zero response from customer service. For this reason alone I would not recommend buying one.

Contacted customer service in April regarding a broken lid of a new bottle. Told me they will ship me out a new one. I have emailed them back and forth over 20 times from April till August and i keep being told they’ve sent a new replacement, but i’ve received nothing! Don’t waste your time with a company that clearly doesn’t care about its customers. This seems to be a common issue, and i’d rather be told they won’t be replacing it then telling me for 4 months a new one is on its way. I even moved house in the time we’ve messaged!! Ridiculous

Finally found a shaker that doesn’t feel like it’s going to break after a few uses. Everything about it feels super solid, from the bottle to the lid. The quality difference is huge compared to those basic gym bottles.

Contacted their support over a month go about a ruined seal on one of the new bottles I bought, Still no response

Bottles continuously leak when shaken and are made with cheap components

The product is not terrible just doesn't last. The customer care on the other hand is absolute shit, they have been lying to me about a product failure and why they haven't replaced it,
Don't waste your money it's over priced crap

Bottles feel well-made but I, and plenty of others on the internet have troubles with it almost constantly leaking when you're drinking from it.

My blender did not work after 6 months. I contacted the customer chatline for help. I send them a video to show them the problem. They never reply after 2 weeks of waiting for their reply. Then they blocked me!
I was not rude nor did I even ask for a replacement or refund. Very lousy customer service!

The design is great, and the overcome too.
If you are mixing protein you will need to shake it a bit more then what you do with a conventional shaker with the sphere and I regret I didn’t order the clear one because with the black I can’t see the measurements at all. After all, good shaker, great design, very unique!!

I bought two of their steel tumblers. Initially the products worked okay. The design is okay for easier mixed powders however struggles with a dense whey protein. The finger loop on the black steel tumbler is cheap and ineffective, it tends to unhook itself due to poor design. The newer released “Lava” Tumbler does not suffer from this flaw.

However, after two weeks of using either product the “Steel Slide Cap”, essentially the lid that seals the bottle and reveals the mouth piece, it broke in the same position on both Tumblers. This was just from opening and closing the product, using it as intended.

I contacted ShakeSphere regarding this issue and asked for replacement Steel Slide Caps for both Tumblers. I was promptly informed that I would be sent out a replacement shortly. After a few weeks and no sign of any deliveries I contacted again and was informed the delivery must be lost and I will be sent another. The same thing happened again, no delivery. I asked a third and final time for a replacement steel slide cap, I was told they would send it from an alternate location, and still yet weeks later I received nothing. This all transpired over 5 months. 5 months of not being able to use this very expensive product.

Given that it is unlikely that all deliveries had been lost in transit, I could only assume that I had either been lied to and no replacement was ever intended to be sent to me, or there is severe communication issues within the company so that no shipment was ever fulfilled.

I emailed them one last time and summarised everything that had transpired. I received no response.

The product itself is a neat idea. Its visually appealing. However for what it is, its far too expensive, cheaply made, prone to break, and the customer service and willingness to fulfil a warranty claim is absolutely appalling.

I would not recommend this company or their products. There are better products on the market and for much less.

Customer service went above and beyond. I had an issue with the lid, and they sent a replacement super fast.

Love how it doesn't need a mixing ball. Shakes are smooth every time.
