Have several of these bottles and just ordered more. I did have two of the lids that leaked but I contacted customer service and they mailed out 2 replacements, no questions asked. Thank you!

At first, I really liked this bottle. In fact, I bought four. After just a few months of using them, I'm now wishing I went with another brand. They are not plastic free as claimed, given that the drinking spout is plastic! This wouldn't be a deal breaker by itself, though. The biggest issue is the plastic hinge on the outside of the bottle. Initially, I didn't think that this component was a problem because the protein shake never makes contact with it. However, the plastic hinge sits right underneath your nose when you drink, and after just a couple of months of use it seriously stinks in all four of my bottles. As far as I can figure, there's no way to detach this and clean it out properly. Part of the marketing of this product is that the lack of plastic gets rid of bacterial build up. Yet, there's build up literally right under your nose!

Absolutely terrible bottle! I bought one about 2 months ago and after now it leaks non stop. Yesterday it leaked all over my work clothes as I was drinking from it!

Terrible quality for such an expensive bottle. Dont waste your time with this.

The black rubber gasket breaks down. Be prepared to wash your bottle at least weekly. You'll begin to see black smudges from decomposing rubber around the drinking spout, on the spiral blender rings, on the inner walls of your bottle, and all around the inside of the screw-on top. I would post images but that's not available here.

The website touted 50% off the 2nd bottle for Black Friday deals if you buy one for full price. I submitted my email and phone number to get the 50% off. It turned out that the 50% off ONLY applies if you purchase the “full kit” and not the bottle alone. Their adveristing is deceiving, not a company I would trust.

Ordered on October 8. Never received shipping confirmation. Emailed and was told order stopped as one bottle was out of stock. Made another selection and was told they would email confirmation. Never received confirmation. Almost two weeks later, total silence. Just another internet scam

The metal shaker ball fell off the lid within six weeks of owning the bottle. I could not repair it myself since the post would not fit back in the hole. Instead of a new bottle, they sent me another shaker ball and the post would still not screw into the hole properly. I asked for a new bottle and my request was denied. Clearly, their "Lifetime Warranty" is bogus and they don't stand behind the product. This is a $50 bottle that fell apart in six weeks!

Sadly, this bottle is poorly designed and leaks everywhere. The company sent me replacements due to “manufacturing defect” and those leak everywhere too. $80 down the drain as this product is totally unusable. Buyer beware.

Read their return policy. Only unused products can be returned. Therefore, they know that their product has serious issues. I'm not even 20 days, and the inside of that silicone piece on the lid is stained black, and there's no way to clean it. GROSS.
