Awful company just lie Upon lie if they don’t deliver on the day start a claim right away
These also trade under Best-at doors I have already left a review in there to warn people pop across and have a look at the poor reviews.
I had to got to PayPal to get a refund even though this week they called saying they were sorry and would deliver them this week.
All lies they don’t even bother to respond to PayPal do won my case today. Disgraceful company don’t risk your hard earned cash it’s not worth the stress

I ordered a table in May 2022
I ordered a table in May 2022, they contacted to tell them that they were unable to deliver it and offered a refund. I asked for the refund, it’s been 2 years and I still have not received my refund of £1,200. I have tried calling and emailing and they ignore and never answer the phone.

I ordered 5 doors 12 months ago for an amount of around £600.
After numerous attempts to contact via phone,email and their messaging service to no avail ,I put a review on here and low and behold they replied.
Eventually I received 3 of my doors which they had purchased from Wickes (yes that's correct Wickes) which I could have purchased myself and got delivered 12 months ago at a price £60 cheaper that Sethcodoors charged .
My 2 remaining glazed doors were promised to be delivered within 21 days now 28 days passed and they are not replying to any of my email,phone or messaging correspondence.
. Just deliver my doors . It can't be that difficult

Over a year of being ignored, courts and bailiffs involved. Still no luck and over £1800 out of pocket with no product
I have had to resort to going via small claims court to try and get my money back but they ignored all the court letters. I then issued a warrant for the money owed and because the address listed is only an office address the bailiffs were unable to collect but I cannot find another address for the company warehouse or stock room to use. Does anyone have another address for this company.

SCAM! Ordered doors from this company in 2022, order was paid in full straight away just under £1000 Since then we have chased for delivery or refund. The fire safety inspector from our local fire service has also chased them and the bank has tried to help but this company do not respond to anyone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAK E COMPANG

I’ve reopened dialogue with the supplier of the doors again today. I’ve also emailed you directly. Everything was handed over to them when the imagery and info was provided.
I eventually got a refund…
This company is not great, to be honest… However, I did eventually receive a full refund for goods that were never supplied.

I can assure you this has not been the intention at all and a poor spell of management and customer service to blame on my part and I apologise. Please can you respond to an email which has gone to you. I look forward to resolving this for you as soon as possible.
This was refunded on the customer upon receipt of the info required. 28/2/24. Customer never responded after this time when the remittance was sent to him.
Wrong door delivered, no response from company!
I ordered two doors and one came damaged. They sent a replacement, however they sent the wrong door.. it was the wrong size and wrong style.. I have emailed numerous times to ask for a replacement. I initially got a response to tell me the warehouse they had it from closed down 3 weeks prior. Since then I have not had any response (2months ago). I am now left with a door that is no use and a living room without a door.
It’s impossible to get hold of anyone as the phone directs you to send email or access the live chat.. With no response from either!

Court order has been taken out to claim refund for undelivered doors. The never issue refund when they say. Do you use. They copy and paste an apology on here but ignore calls and emails directly to the company. They are even ignoring court order! SCAM!!!!
Update to reply: lies! They have not emailed or refunded.
Second update: no email. Scammers. Pay the refunds you owe everyone

This matter has been dealt with after speaking via email. Not a fake company. I explained to you that the supply line had come in 2 parts with part 2 of the side hung garage doors coming in this week which a delivery was offered once arriving. You declined that in response and A refund has been raised as requested.

I purchased a wardrobe 8th September 2023. He made false promises and arranged many deliveries during this time and all failed. I have contacted the company countless times by phone, email and live chat on their website I asked for refund , and they never replied back!
Now, I see you replied here with the same promises.. forget about the note you have on your system , it’s not updated and it’s too late for the delivery. I have been asking for a full refund since you failed to deliver my item on time. My clothes were in boxes for four months waiting for your delivery so I had to order the same wardrobe from a reliable company which is actually operating and I received it within 3 days.
Process the refund today and please stop making these false promises to people!

The level of customer service within this business is terrible. Seems there are also a lot of CCJ's against this business. Avoid at all cost. I now want a full refund.

Like almost all other reviews for this company I am completely dissatisfied. Took my money then failed to deliver despite occasional promises. Now they won’t even respond to emails. Does anyone know how I can get my money back. This company is either a scam or totally incompetent
